Bought some INNR PUK lights earlier in the year through Amazon and unfortunately they developed a fault (PSU or Driver issue). I emailed their customer services to ask if they could help and they responded really quickly and extremely positively.
The spare parts weren't available in the uk so instead INNR arranged for a complete pack replacement without me having to return the existing set.
The replacements arrived the next day and worked perfectly. Absolutely bowled over with the positive and friendly way they dealt with my issue. It is increasingly rare these days to see such great customer service so well done and thank you INNR. I will definitely buy their products again in the future

I have around 10+ innr smart bulbs and innr smarthub across two locations, and really happy with them. They compare very well with the much more expensive Philips Hue products and are 100% compatible with the Hue Bridge and apps. I actually prefer the Innr bridge since this doesn't need a direct ethernet connection like the Hue bridge so is more flexible. Also 50% less cost! The innr smartbulbs 'just work' and give good light and control. I recently had issue with two bulbs that were within warranty and they were replaced fast, and I had excellent service and great communications from Frank and Florian at innr support. Very much recommend Innr products!

I am very happy with the innr company. I always buy innr wifi bulbs which are so easy to setup with alexa and work perfectly. On the one occasion I had one dodgy bulb, they immediately sent out a new pack of two bulbs which were perfect.
The bulbs give off beautiful colours and I'm very happy with their bulbs. I have no issues at all. The app is also very easy to set up and use. 10/10

also connecting new light bulbs to the bridge is a hit and miss. sometimes it picks it up immediately and other times it require 2 times for scanning without any change in the distance between the bulb and the bridge.

Great lights, not to speak about the incredible customer service. One of them stopped working and they sent a replacement incredibly fast. The conversation with the CS was absolutely kind and quick.

The bulbs I've had were very easy to set up and worked well.
And when I ran into an issue, the customer services team were helpful, friendly and efficient and resolved my issue (with a replacement received the following day).

Have set up lighting and sockets in 3 separate rooms and everything works really well for us.
As I am disabled the Innr units make life a great deal easier.
Had to use customer service a couple of times and they are super helpful!!

The products from Innr are of good quality and integrated seamingless into my Zigbee network. I did have a problem with some Hardware which immediately has been resolved by Florian and Frank from the support team.
I can 100% recommend bying Innr products. They're not of lesser quality than the well known big competitor at half the price.

I Noticed that one of my Innr outdoor pedestal lights was a totally different colour to the other two. I contacted customer support and was answered by Frank.
He asked that I did some diagnostics to check the connections and cables, but the fault remained. Confirming the light was at fault, and proving warranty - within a week he had despatched a replacement to me.
All is now working as expected.
First rate service from Frank at Innr, thank you.

The box of Innr Smart bulbs bought via Amazon did not work smartly and could not be reset. I contacted customer service. Frank Smeink was very helpful with suggestions to rectify the issue but when none worked, he felt the batch was problematic and quickly sent me a replacements set. He was right. The replacements worked perfectly. Thank you Frank for your assistance and professional approach.

I recently had an issue with a outdoor strip light that failed under warranty. I emailed customer services with the details and Frank Smeink replied quickly and was extremely helpful sorting out the issue.
A replacement unit was sent out as soon as I provided my order details from Amazon, all in a very smooth service and Frank was pleasant and professional with my enquiries - thank you!
Based on this support and the products in general I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Innr 😊

Contacted INNR regarding a Flex outdoor light that I couldn’t pair with the hub. They traced the problem to a non-functioning control unit. They didn’t have one in stock so they kindly sent me a complete new replacement light without hesitation. Excellent and very responsive service. Very impressed with the service and certainly won’t hesitate to buy more of their products in future

Experieced problems with my Innr lights and contacted Innr Support. They responded within a couple of hours with good advices. However, the problem was not solved. I contacted the electrician who found a faulty switch.
In this process of fabric reset all bulbs, one didn’t. Replacement bulb expedited by Innr and received within one day.
Customer support where in contact with me during the whole troubleshooting process.
Very satisfied.

We have INNR spot recessed spots lights in both living spaces. Light units sat in storage for 6 months, waiting on renovation timing to install. Had an issue after install and contacted INNR support when white only spot lights where registering themselves as coloured on the network (wrong firmware). One other unit, wasn't fully turning off (LED driver). On contacting INNR support promptly dispatched a replacement for both units, which fixed the issues. We have had INNR Zigbee lights & plugs running around the house for over a year now with no other issues. Very happy with both reliability & service when needed
