The power supply for my lighting stopped working after about a year.

I purchased the innr pedestal lights only had them one year and now they are flashing amber, tried the reset no change sent three emails to innr customer service and no response,I have other Philips hue lights never had any issues,unfortunately I will not buy again

One of the outdoor strip lights I purchased, would not connect to my Philips Hue bridge, contacted support firstly they sent a link to videos of what to try first, recontacted and they sent a replacement part FOC, lights all working, great customer service and support.

3 GU10 and 3 E27 zigbee Innr bulbs all failed within 18 months despite only occasional use. I will not buy again and will revert to IKEA Tradfri.

Philips Hue compatible bulb lasted a little more than 12 months. Contacted them to discuss but completely ignored my email. Ignore like the plague they are a shocking company.

Very good and friendly customer service. I had a problem with a device that was not connecting. After some initial troubleshooting via e-mail, they send a replacement. it arrived the next day and connected instantly.

2 years ago I bought several Innr GU10 and use them within a "mixed environment" of Hue and Innr bulbs.
The colored GU10, E14 und E27 bulbs are working without problems. At least so far I could solve problems by reseting them.
Some month ago, several of the white GU10 (RS 226) failed. However I had great expirience with Innr service desk: they replaced those 8 bulbs. Since then then new ones are working fine.
So I bought a set of 4 Innr outdoor, which are also connected to the Hue gateway and make wonderful light in the garden.

I have outdoor innr spots and I love them. I'm very happy with quality of innr products and especially their customers service. I had a problem with the light flickering red so I contacted the customer service and they responded very fast with a troubleshooting proceedure that identified a defective T connection. Couple of days later I received a free new one from innr and now all works again perfectly. I'm really impressed by their customer service and support for their products

Super nice and friendly contact with the INNR help desk (thanks Florian). My inquiry about a defective INNR T-cable was answered quickly. After I sent the original invoice and it was a guarantee case, a delivery with replacement cables was immediately packed and sent to me. Now all outdoor lamps shine again as they should. Highly recommended, GREAT!!! Thanks very much!

Great company to deal with, I have a number of products and they are very well designed and made at reasonable prices. Had an issue with 1 bulb not lighting, contacted them directly, they came back to me same day and after trying a few things they replaced it for me the next day, excellent customer service. Highly reputable company!

The products are great. I did have a slight issue with one over year after ordering and the customer service agent (Florian) handled it excellently. A brand new replacement was at my door within a few days.

purchased 2 sets of puck lights with 2 extension lights - unfortunately 2 of the lamps were defective but Florian was quick to respond and send out 2 replacement lamps the next day -- now we're up and running and the lights look great

One bulb was not working after 6 weeks. I wrote an email to support and only 2 days later I got a new one.

Bought 2 packs of 4 GU10 comfort spot lights but one bulb from each pack would not pair. Emailed Innr support and after confirming I’d tried all of the options they sent out a replacement pack of 4 immediately. Now all of the lights work and I have an extra two as spares.
Very good customer service.
Lights are great, tuneable from cool to warm white and dimmable.
