Biggest scam on the internet! Don’t waste your time or money.

I bought a wallet case from innove-uk after not being able to find anything I like on Etsy. Naively I thought it was a UK company based on the name. The confirmation email included a tracking number, which did not work at all. This looked like a red flag to me so I started looking at the reviews to make sure the company eas legit (should've done this before purchasing I'll admit). After reading mostly negative reviews I thought I had probably been scammed and would just have to wait and see if I got the case at all. After a few weeks I got an email from Royal Mail confirming they had received the package and an estimated delivery time. This made me feel more confident but I still wasn't sure if the phone case would be any good based on other reviews. It has just arrived today and it's absolutely fine. It fits my phone perfectly, the pattern is exactly as pictured and the material seems good quality and durable. Overall I'm perfectly happy and surprised at all the bad reviews. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the original tracking number I was given didn't work.

Poor quality case and print.

I thought it was a UK company.

The case didn't even go around the phone properly.

Would not recommend or use again.

Ordered a phone cover for my daughter's phone. Case split in 3 places within 2 weeks.. Contacted Innove to inform them but they are not bothered. DO NOT USE!

This company is not in Canada, it's in Asia someplace. I hate liars and misrepresentation.

Cover is thin plastic that offers little to no protection and 6 weeks from order to delivery if you are in Canada.

Don't do it. Not worth the money and time.

Well, I'll admit I'm an idiot. An idiot for being tricked by this con of a company and not reading the reviews first. Ordered my case 2 weeks ago, as far as I can see via tracking link it is still in Thailand. What?! So not only do they lie and give the impression they are UK based (and by the looks of the reviews, they are lying about being based in other countries as well), but they can't even be bothered to try and send a case out in good time. Not even received my case yet and am already looking at other options, which would make it the third case I've bought for the new phone now. I hate it, I try not to buy single use plastic crap wherever possible, and yet now I'm having to think about buying a third case for the phone. Avoid at all costs!

Man, I wish I’d researched before ordering a €25 phone case for my son. We were dazzled by the hippo design, as my son is a super fan. Firstly, it took 27 days to arrive. Customer service did respond to my inquiry, at least, but I had to buy another case to protect his phone in the meantime. Secondly, it is terrible and cheap. The design looks nice, but it feels like I paid €1-3 for it. And it will in no way protect his phone properly… there are spaces on the side and bottom that would not protect the phone if dropped. I stupidly didn’t look further than the website name: innove-de. But it comes from Thailand and is a total scam. JUST DON‘T DO IT!!

In my pursuit for a unique phone case, I recently bought the W3395 Dragon Door Hard Case and Leather Flip Case from innove, setting me back by $79.99. While the product imagery painted a captivating picture, I regret to say that the reality fell drastically short of the expectation.

The case appeared to be composed of an inferior quality paper-plastic hybrid material that strikes me as easily susceptible to wear and tear. Furthermore, the overall structure seemed somewhat askew and came accompanied by a displeasing aroma reminiscent of scorched plastic. The curious sticky residue on the case was an unexpected and unpleasant surprise.

The visual charm of the case, primarily its artwork, was another disappointment. The dragon design, which I had hoped would be a focal point, bore an unfortunate resemblance to a low-resolution, pasted-on image rather than a professionally executed print.

The only good thing I can say about them is that they successfully delivered a product. However, it is crucial to note that this product, in my opinion, is far from deserving its $80 price tag, plus tax and shipping. To put it simply, it feels akin to a bargain item from a local flea market rather than a premium phone case that justifies its asking price.

Innove's customer support is nonexistant. Despite reaching out to them, it's been over one two months, and there has been no follow-up from their end. It's essential to choose companies that prioritize their customers' needs and provide timely and reliable support, something that I sadly did not experience with Innove.

I would go to Etsy instead, where you can find products of higher quality that are made in the U.S. and at cheaper prices.

Absolutely delighted with my phone case. Lovely colour, fit on the phone and getting lots of compliments.

I bought the "S0213 Van Gogh Starry Nights Case For Google Pixel 4a" from them, I was pleased with the design however the case had no grip. The big issue however as the case wasn't all encompassing and so any drops of the phone were vulnerable at the bottom and top of the phone. With the phone being so slippery it was only a matter of time. It was expensive to replace my phone screen. I had previously used a different company with a full case cover with a plain design. Would not recommend buying a case from here.

Deceptive name, not UK based. Fake tracking number. Paid by paypal. Received full refund.

As others have said this is not a UK company despite the name. They only let you pay with PayPal and the postage almost doubles the total price! Then to add insult to injury they send it by China posts slowest service resulting in almost a month before it arrives!

Then the product itself is cheap and nasty. When you inevitably drop the phone it comes flying out of the case which then results in some damage. basically the phone cases are not fit for purpose!

If I could, I would give zero stars.
1. They are not in the UK, it is a scam, because they are in Thailand.
2. I waited almost 4 weeks for the phone case.
3. The phone case is not the right size for my phone. I checked several times to make sure it was the right one. Now I can't use.
4. Poor quality.
5. The pattern on the case is almost distorted, not the same as it was in the pictures.
I don't like to give bad feedback, but now I have to.

Received my phone cover after waiting weeks for it to turn up i noticed that the company based in Thailand even though it has UK in the on line title.
Screen cover is not a good representation of what you see on line it looked so promising and showed good detail however i really had to look closely to see any detail on product delivered, it's a over priced let down basically. Do not waste your money.

I wouldn't order from this company again. My phone case does fit but it's not the quality I expected for the price tag. I've had the case on for less than two months, haven't dropped my phone and the case has got a crack in it. Delivery took a couple of weeks. I wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a case for my daughters phone a month ago. It is cheap looking with duller colours than advertised and to top it off doesn't fit properly.
One of the most expensive cases ive ever bought and certainly the crappest. Dont be deceived by the name as this company manufactures and sends poor quality products from Thailand. Had i known this and the fact id be waiting so long for this i would never have ordered. Given the other reviews and the time its taken me to receive this piece of junk im just going to bin it. Seems theres no point in complaining. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered two plastic phone cases from Innove Ca. The print quality is terrible - the covers look NOTHING like advertised. Colors are much duller and the covers just look overall super cheap even though these were some of the more expensive phone covers I have ever bought. Super disappointed.

Very poor quality products at a high price. I bought a phone case Duped by the misinformation that they are 1. Based in the UK and 2. That they are premium quality. They are neither and the case that I bought has already started cracking through the print after 1 week of having it

I'm really pleased with my phone case , it's really good.
I had been worried after buying it and then reading reviews on here.
It took about three weeks and the uk bit is misleading because the company is not in UK,think its in Europe.
Couldn't make any contact with them which is a minus for a seller,however my phone case arrived and is absolutely super.
