My fryer was purchased as a gift

My fryer was purchased as a gift, unfortunately it was faulty but as soon as I provided proof of purchase it was very quickly replaced. It is a wonderful machine and a great help in the kitchen.

Replacement racks

I bought 2 more racks, as only 1 of the 3 that came with the air fryer would stay on the middle, the other 2 kept falling off!
New ones are perfect and fit everywhere.

Great service and communication

Just want to thank the service team for their very prompt reply to my email and was able to help more than I expected. Was all sorted over a matter of days.
The digital scales are also a great addition to my kitchen counter that I don’t want to hide away.

salt and pepper mill

Excellent customer service , the mills were a Christmas present but unfortunately were faulty however this was sorted out very quickly and a replacement sent.
I only gave 3 stars because although the salt works really well the Pepper one keeps jamming and then doesnt grind.

Customer service is top notch

Customer service is top notch, had an issue with a part and the company went above and beyond to assist and resolve my issue. Many thanks and my gran loves using her mini chopper again.

The lid doesn’t open enough to put water in

The lid doesn’t open enough to fit the tap in you have to open yourself enough to put water in what is the point having a button to open if you have to do it with your hand
