Innago has been a game changer for me as a new landlord. I only have one property, so I needed something affordable and easy to use, and this platform has delivered on both. It walked me through the setup process, made rent collection and lease management simple, and helped me feel confident handling everything on my own. The features are straightforward, and the support has been great when I’ve had questions. Highly recommend for any landlord, especially if you’re just getting started.

Innago is great for Landlords! I have used Innago for 2 years now. It is easy to use. I use it list properties, review applications, screen tennants (criminal, credit, income verification), lease agreements, payment invoices, QuickBooks and communication. I would recommend to anyone who needs property management software.

I've been using Innago for a while now and it’s made managing my rentals a lot easier. The dashboard is simple and easy to use, and I really like how it keeps invoices and expenses organized—especially at tax time. It saves me a lot of headaches.

Their customer service is great too. Anytime I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

The only thing I wish was better is the ACH payment speed—it takes a few days for the money to hit my account, which can be a bit slow. But overall, Innago is a really solid tool that I’d definitely recommend to other landlords.

Innago has been a great service for us to use for our rentals! I was nervous trying out the platform when we were first figuring out which PM to go with, I thought it was too good to be true, but after a friend of mine told me how much they loved having it I was 100% on board. Innago is a comprehensive tenant management app. It was easy to implement and I am amazed at its comprehensive feature list every day. Tenants love it and even an 80 year old tenant who just got her first smart phone was easily able to implement it. Where there are costs (it does not nickle and dime like the other apps do) it allows me to choose whether I want the tenant or I pay them. Whoever designed this knows the real estate business.

Extremely easy to set up and a wonderful tool for both landlords and tenants. Tenants can go online anytime to pay their rent and it even sends reminders should they be late. Best of all, this is free to use! Pretty amazing product overall!

For me, the most helpful thing about Innago is their option for online rent payment. We’ve been trying to transfer as many of our tenants to paying online as possible, and Innago provides a good service - basically for free! They offer a few really key options for rent collection, too, like the ability to edit rent for pro-rated amounts, charge late fees automatically, and allow the landlord to select if they would like their tenant to pay the transaction fee, or the landlord. Right now we have it set up so that we pay for bank transfers (a $2-3 fee per transaction), but if the tenant wants to pay with a credit or debit card, they must cover that charge (I think it’s 3% of the total amount).

As of May 2025, the only complaint I have about Innago is that they don’t currently offer a Spanish language option, which many of my tenants would need. Hopefully Innago is able to add a Spanish option down the line!

I originally found Innago because we wanted the ease of being able to collect rent digitally, with some added protections like being able to stop accepting online rent payments. Many of our tenants have requested to pay rent via Zelle, but we have concerns about not being able to stop accepting payments without suspending your entire Zelle account. Innago solves that problem.

They also offer great customer support. I’ve reached out to their team before with both general and specific questions, and their response is always prompt (within 24 hours), and knowledgeable and professional.

Overall, 10/10. They solved a need for me and are affordable. Hopefully they can add additional language options down the line, but even if they can’t, they still offer an excellent product.

Innago is the ideal application for landlords to track income and expenses associated with rental properties. The platform also provides tennants a secure way to pay online and submit maintenance requests.

I am using Innago for past 6 months or so, excellent one stop property management platform with ease of implementation and management solution!

Paid for service that I did not receive. I paid this company to report three years worth of rental payments for months. I paid for the service and did not receive it when I requested a refund they made it a huge deal. I still have not received the refund and I still not have received my service that I already paid for for several months now.

I really like most aspects of the software but for me, the customer service is awful. For example, I'm dealing with some serious tech glitches and there has been in my opinion, a total lack of support related to this.

I'm planning to move on from this software.

I’m very surprised with this software. I’ve been in the industry for a few years and to find one that’s simple and easy to navigate for a smaller portfolio is very hard to come by. The communication with the help desk is seamlessly pleasing as well. It’s perfect for new PM’s and/or landlord operating with little to no help! Great product!

I recently switched to Innago's property management solution from a competitor and I will say that I am loving it so far! It was easy to sign-up, start the lease and use templates, and most importantly my tenant appreciated the fact that he could purchase insurance directly from his dashboard! Great job Innago.

Innago has all the major features that are required for property mgmt. I've been using it for around a year and really like the Leasing, rent collection, reporting and analysis, and transaction view. Recommend to anyone looking to self manage rental properties.
