Excellent customer service and super fast delivery! I phone the office to check if my ink cartridges were in stock and they were. The guy on the phone was very pleasant and assured me next day delivery which I needed and I got them the next day.

Great Service
Cannot fault these guys. Great quality product at a fraction of the cost of the branded version. One of my cartridges arrived damaged and all it took was a quick whatsapp message to them and I had a replacement within 24 hours. Really excellent service 👍

I never re euved my inks
I never re euved my inks. You need to change from DPD as delivery agents. This is the 3rd time expensive stuff went missing from DPD.

You will recall that your order was dispatched the next day and unfortunately DPD lost your order. When it was offered to you for a replacement to be issued you said "if I had know you used DPD, I would not have ordered in the first place" We promptly issued you with a full refund. Can I point out that this is NOT the 3rd time your delivery was lost from us, this was your 1st order. Whilst we strive to get orders completed as quickly as possible we do reply on the couriers to fulfill them. DPD have a fantastic record of delivering our orders and we can not fault them. However, unfortunately if you are on the receiving end of a lost delivery I can see how frustrating it can be. It is disappointing to get a negative review for something totally out of our control, but I guess you have a right to your opinion.
