I was a little disappointed when I first received my order, but the way the situation was handled completely changed my experience.

I dealt with two different staff members, and both were exemplary. Their professionalism, care, and willingness to help turned my slight issue into one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had. I can’t compliment them highly enough — truly outstanding.

Very happy with service and quality at Inka Arthouse. I recently purchased a few framed prints. They were packaged well and looked beautiful in the frames. Unfortunately, I ended up not loving how the colors in one set of the prints looked in my room. Customer service was prompt in responding and extremely helpful. I exchanged for a new set of prints without issue. This was my first purchase and I look forward to ordering more fun prints in the future!

I was really impressed with the service I received. After my framed print arrived, I felt the black frame was too harsh for the room and contacted the company to arrange a return so I could reorder the same print with a natural wood frame. I was contacted shortly after and told I didn’t need to return the original— they would send me a replacement frame free of charge.
This level of customer care was unexpected and very much appreciated. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love my art work from here and the customer service was next level. As it is a tough time of year to get orders out to customers, they were exceptional with their communication on what was going on.

Not only do they have a great selection of artwork and from local artists, their customer service is excellent. They communicated when they had delays and when my art piece didn't arrive in time, followed by it being taken, they were very kind with their response and support. Really recommend! This is a great company. Not only do they produce beautiful, tasteful prints at affordable prices, they have great customer care. I mistakenly ordered my second print to my previous address and when I contacted the company, Jen responded immediately with the sort of efficiency and good grace that is rarer nowadays. I would thoroughly recommend !

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t perfect, as the package arrived about a month late and not in time for the Christmas holidays, as I had hoped. However, the seller was truly kind and helpful, apologizing and offering me a refund for the delay. It was a gesture I really appreciated and that shows great attention to the customer.

Our picture arrived and we loved it but did not like the colour of the frame for it. I asked if it could be changed and it could. We took the picture back to them and then a. We one was sent to us at no cost.
The service we received was outstanding, professional and prompt and the product is great quality. I would definitely recommend ‘Inka’

The artwork looks great on the wall. I did have a couple of issues with the order I placed Christmas 2025 - but these were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I believe Inkaarthouse takes its customer service very seriously and am happy to recommend them.

The website states that orders will be shipped within 6 workdays. It took almost 4 weeks. Contact with customer care was fast but with standard answers telling they couldn't follow the orders. In the meantime it they kept giving deals en still communicated the same shipping time. After 3 different contacts with customer care they promptly sent my order after I asked for a refund.

The frame isn't that good a quality as the website states. Would advise to buy the frame somewhere else.

The service from Inka was fantastic: despite it being a particularly busy time of the year, they promptly responded to my inquiry about delivery time and the framed print got to me for Christmas. The quality of the print and frame were great and the product really brightens the room and brings a smile to my face every time. I’ve ordered a second print and can’t wait for it to arrive. Above and beyond customer service! First time ordering from Inka Arthouse and realised my prints might not reach me by the date I needed them, so I emailed to ask if I could pay for express delivery. Jen from Inka was so lovely and organised it from their end at no extra cost! And during busy post-sales time for them too. Thanks to Jen and Inka - can’t wait to see the prints up soon.

Great product, fantastic service. One of the framed prints we ordered had a crack on the front and the team at Inka didn’t hesitate to send another one with priority delivery in time for Christmas! Very impressed.

I was originally sent the wrong picture. Sandy helped me right away, and the correct picture arrived within a week.

Wonderful communication with getting a print and it's a good price for the product! On top of that, another print was accidentally sent in and the experience of getting the original one I paid for sent was just amazing and the customer service representative, Adam was very kind and communicative :))
Overall, a wonderful experience and I would recommend! :)
