Very disappointing. A shoddy product. The fabric is poor quality and, worse still, the finish on the garment is appalling. It’s unfinished, lacking a hemmed edge around the neckline and front cross-overs. It’s simply a raw edge. Unbelievable!

Horrible experience.
I received my order. I was so excited because the clothes looked gorgeous in the online photos. What I received looks nothing like what I ordered and the fit is a disaster. The fabric was nothing like the pictures, very low quality.
I contact with customer service with email and I requested to refund my money back. They tried to sell more product to me with exchange the items at first. I ignored; then they offered I keep the clothes and they refund me $26 partial money.
I did not agree and I emailed them and I requested my money back. Again they send another email with their address for shipping the items. When they received the package they will get my money back.
I went to post office to see how much is the return cost. It was $44. Unbelievable
I sent another email and I asked them to send me slip return, but again they refused and they said they don’t send any return label. I was so frustrated.
They offered $36 partial refund. They forced me to accept it.
Please make sure read the reviews before purchasing anything from this website.
They are sitting in the CHINA and make money.

I received my order today. I was so excited because the clothes looked gorgeous in the online photos. What I received looks nothing like what I ordered and the fit is a disaster. The fabric was nothing like the pictures, very low quality. One of them was a totally different design from the pictures online. The sleeves were soooo small I could hardly force my arms into them. And then I could not move my arms at all. The items are completely useless.
A complete loss of money for clothes that is totally useless and worthless. Very upsetting! I want my money back. Please send a return number and address with paid return shipping label. I will try first with you. If I don't get a credit to the account I paid, I'll reach my credit card to get a credit for this useless merchandise. Thank you.

Their products look great in their online catalog but when received .... SURPRISE! very low quality and the product you didn't order. Stop buying directly from these type of "companies" from CHINA, its better to buy through Ali Express, Alibaba, Amazon or even Wish because they do refund whenever it applies and they make it easy to return. Besides, returning merchandise to CHINA is a pain in the neck since it is required to fill up paperwork and the cost of shipping there is high.

They send wrong items and I try to reach them. I wonder if they are exist.!!!

OMG how do some companies get in business in the first place??? I ordered a jacket in Khaki (the only color it comes in). I was a purplish gray when it was received, Sent it back two weeks ago following the instructions on their website AND used UPS so I could track it. It was received by them a week ago Friday and they are telling me they don’t have it back, so sent them proof that it arrived at their location. TOTALLY A SCAM TELL EVERYBODY YOU KNOW TO RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY. I’M SURE I WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I have been sending then emails that I need a return shipping label And received an email back saying if I wanted to choose something else on the website and I refused 2 times and they keep sending me the same message and I clearly have said that I juts want to return it and no one is responding to me

These Chinese companies advertise on Facebook and go by many different names. I purchased from a company called slidename, but after many weeks, received merchandise from ininruby. All items were sized wrong, totally different fabric as advertised and online photo not near the same. They refuse to refund and said it would cost me too much money to send to China and that I should give them away to someone who fits them. I said I want to send back and refund my $ 284 and they never return emails. PLEASE,PLEASE for your own good DO NOT BUY FROM ANY FACEBOOK CLOTHING ADVERTISING. This is the 2nd time it happened to me!!! Shame on Facebook for not filtering these ads!

This company is a scam !!!!!! Please do not purchase anything from it !!!! I purchased a dress and a blouse took 2 months before I received it !!!!!!! The dress and blouse that I order I didn’t get it instead I got something that looks like it crap lord like some cheap fabric they got from the dollar store and hand made it !!!!! This company needs to be shut down immediately and all of the employees needs to be investigated for fraud.

Doooooon’t u buy from it. Don’t believe in their return policy. Quality is soooo bad and they do not stick to their return policy. You will get an email of apologies and an advise to give the stuff to your friends if you do not like them. Their quality is so poor , you can not even hand it out to anyone. I burned mine on a camping night. That is what the merchandise is good for.

Sadly, an echo of the reviews already posted. Bought 5 items - mostly were very poor quality - 1 good item only. Rest proving impossible to return - they don't care once the sale is made. They know that returning items to China from UK is expensive and make no effort to provide any mechanism to aid customers in UK.

Ininruby is a scam!

I purchased a blouse but got one that is not the same style or even close to the same color. Tried to contact them but numbers and emails wouldn’t go through. Don’t purchase from them unless you wanna throw money away. I wish there was a way I could attach the photo of what I ordered along with what I got.
