Ininruby is really bad company, I bought couples of items there and when I get the delivery, the quality of the textiles was terrible awful and I returned two items $82.80 and today date I still fighting with custumer services to get my money back, they gave me a voucher for $49.00 and stealing $33.80 I need to make a small claim in the court and this is really bad, this people are terrible.

Do not use this company!!! the dresses are not the true sizes as offered I ordered 3 dresses and each one was a different size, when they eventually arrived, Packaging was poor, material was poor,
No customer service, no acknowledgement of return of goods and still no sign of a refund!! Disgusting and do not deserve your hard earned money!!!

I purchased 6 items of clothing for a photo shoot. I selected sizes 12/14 and selected the UK size tab. when the items arrived, they were far too small, about a size 10. I contacted the company but, their response was to do another deal and send more money and they would then send the correct size. they kept offering various deals, eventually. They said they would accept the return of the items, however, the post office wanted £89 postage and the company seemed not interesting in covering the cost.

I then contacted my credit card company and THANK GOD for them, I had all my money returned. I would never buy from inninnruby ever again. I had planned on using this company for the so-called nice clothes, in my opinion, they were very cheap and must have been photoshopped to look better? I may be wrong about the photoshop? but I know that I was not happy with the clothes, the quality but that is just my opinion.

The quality and the style of the items order is totally different from what i ordered and the quality is low, also i did not receive all the clothes order and up till this day , they kept promising to give me the refund back and yet they have not , also i paid to expedite shipment yet the items received still took a longer time before delivery

I bought a dress and when the order arrived they sent a larger size when contacting them they said to send photos to confirm the condition of the item and the wrong size then they informed that if it was accepted I would return it and they would refund the money but they were not responsible for the cost of the shipment. I inform you that the cost of stale from Canada is $130.

I do not recommend this site buy local in Canada. With this procedure, this company forces the consumer to keep the product they did not order and lose money. Never more

It's been over a year and I still didn't recieve my order DID ANYONE GET ORDER OR MONEY BACK?

Many days have passed since I was supposed to receive the package, the package has not arrived, the money is not returned, liars, thieves.

Item of clothing arrived, worst quality ever, totally different to pictures too. Return costs higher than the refund and paypal guided us through the returns process so we could get money back and in the end sided with them, they know the system, so just dont give them your money, you will end up with a garment that resembles a rag and no chance of your money back.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before placing an order with this SCAM of a company. I spent £73 on 3 clothes including a blazer. I got them and couldn't believe how bad they were. The blazer especially was the worst fabric I have ever seen; the cheapest fabric you could ever imagine. To allow this company to continue to operate and dupe people is sad

Bad bad bad DO NOT use this company they are absolute charlatans what they advertise is definitely not what you will receive, the dress I got I wouldn’t even put in the charity bag 🤬 I couldn’t get a refund so took it to PayPal who insisted I sent it back at a cost of £20 4 months of emails & stress & unbelievably PayPal who said they would investigate them have just ruled in their favour, I am £70 out of pocket & PayPal are allowing this company to carry on their fraudulent business in tricking the public in to purchasing goods they have no intentions of supplying. Shameful company & even bigger shame on you PayPal for supporting them

Ordered a sweater which took ages to come. When it arrived it was not the sweater I ordered and was far too small for me.
Gave me an address to return it to - no labels or anything - in China! It would cost me about the same cost as the sweater to return it!
DO NOT buy from this site, it’s a ripoff

The clothes I received were disgusting. The clothes were the wrong size, made of cheap material and looked nothing like the photos. When I put the items on bits fell off them.

I think they probably use photos from designer sites and copy them. Some of the clothes I bought looked like had sparkles on them in the photos, but the clothes I received didn't.

A TOTAL SCAM. I ORDERED AN ITEM AND IT ARRIVED WEEKS PAST THE DATE IT WAS EXPECTED TO BE DELIVERED. THE BLOUSE I ORDERED TURNED OUT TO BE MADE FROM THE CHEAPEST AND MOST FLIMSY MATERIAL, IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED ON THE SITE AND WRONG SIZE. THERE IS NO SHIPPING RETURN LABEL TO RETURN FOR REFUND THERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONTACT FOR ASSISTANCE.

Unbelievable. DO NOT BUY from this company. There is no customer service centre, no refund policy, no response to emails. Try contacting them through the web site an no matter how many times you try, the verification code (robot) is never verified.
I'm lucky, I can afford losing £60.....for you young fashionistas out there... spend your well earned money elsewhere.

Horrible, horrible horrible, none of the 04 items I ordered was the actually size or design , such scammers.Never order anything from this site, everything is made to look nice but nothing that comes from there is.

⁵⁶⁶²Terrible. Fabric of the dress looks nothing like the website what I received is nothing like what was pictured. The top i received is peach, the ribbing of the fabric isn’t the same, nor is the buttons. I paid $60 after shipping and, honestly, that is completely unacceptable definitely not value for money. I have been trying to return this product back to them i contacted the customer service for help via this number which was i reach out the company was extremely helpful and very patient with me and did a great job helping me !!!!!Horrible experience and a complete waste of money

if I could rate them a ZERO I would. Very dishonest outfit. They try to appear "made in the USA" but they are not. They claim an easy return policy, but they do not stand by it and string you along. BEWARE. The product quality is AWFUL at best and if you have problem (sizing) like I did, you are stuck. I am reporting them to the better business bureau.

They lead you to believe they're located in the US but this looks like a Chinese based scamming operation. I ordered a deck speaker but got something that looks like either tiny tights or a scarf. It's a joke. They would only suggest, over and over again, that i take a partial refund since a full refund was too much trouble. Thankfully Paypal stands behind there customers.

Total scam. I paid $30 to return an item (back to China). They actually received it and then sent it back to me. No refund. I have since reached out to customer service and hope this will get resolved. I would not recommend shopping with this company.
