An excellent company to deal with & Mohamed was very thorough helping us purchase the right panels.
We have previously purchased 2 for ourselves some time ago & been very satisfied so returned for 2 more for our daughter.One for a small bathroom that has lots of condensation dripping down the walls after their family of 5 have baths each night.
All the staff were so friendly & pleasant so I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I bought 2 IR panels last year from this company and they are brilliant. I have one in my office which heats up quickly and keeps the room and people in it a perfect temperature.
The other one I move about and have recently put it in a large room with draughty, single glazed windows (listed property) and it has been fantastic! The room heats up in about an hour and is really cheap to run as well. Couldn't recommend more highly!

The heater came as described and appears good quality. I needed help from my wife to install it in our gazebo rafters and we managed to use it a couple of times before winter set in. It heated successfully over a 4 meter distance and I am looking forward to using it again if it ever stops raining.

I recently bought the 960w panal infrared heater for my lounge. It is perfect for my needs and is a lot cheaper to run compared to my converter heater.

I would recommend this company as they were brilliant in helping me get the best heater for my flat.

Excellent company selling quality infra red heaters. I currently have 4 installed in an external office and motorbike workshops. I have found them very effective and efficient heaters. The delivery was within 3 days and had very friendly phone conversations to determined what I needed.

I bought the 3kw Radi8 Infrared ceiling heater with WiFi smart controls. The heater is great it warms up to 30 degrees very quickly providing a warm comfortable and healthy environment. I choose this model for the Smart controls which is very user friendly to download and use. I am able to turn on the heater remotely and set the timer, thus saving energy. The only downside was the installation instructions that wasn't very clear, but the customer service was excellent and talked me through it. I was so impressed I ordered another 2 smaller units that they kindly adapted to include the smart wifi feature. Delivery time was swift with next day service. All in all I couldn't be happier, a fair price for efficient products and great customer service.

I was looking for an economical form of heating. I'd researched lots and lots and then phone Infrared. One of the directors answered the phone and this company was the only one who offered me with very sound reasoning a cheaper solution than I was originally looking for. They actually went out of their way to provide the right solution for me. I'd contacted over 10 other companies and not one of them gave me anything like this advice. I bought the more expensive solution which was delivered next day. I bought some accessories which in the end I did not need and I returned them for full credit, no hassle at all. This return was handled by another director. If you're looking for infrared, don't waste your time on anybody else, go with these guys. They are competitively priced, offer great advice and first class service.

Very happy with wall infrared radiator. First one didnt arrive but as soon as I informed the company another was dispatched.

Great product I have had the heaters for a while now and they give off a lot of heat and are not that expensive to run highly recommended

I bought an infrared heating panel from this company last year. They were super helpful with calculating what I needed for a room with a vaulted ceiling (which I could not get warm!). Delivery was quick. The panel works wonders. Honestly, I was so surprised! The room became one of the warmest in the house 👍🏽

Good response to my initial enquiry. Heater delivered quickly and with no problems. It was easy to install and works well. The heater bar is very effective in my conservatory.

Bought a 1800w linear heater for our garden room as an alternative to an oil-filled radiator, after studying the effectiveness of this type of heating.
Very pleased with the results & the speed of raising the room temperature, especially on cold winter’s mornings.
Easy to fix above our entrance doors to the room, plug in & it’s done.

Purchased the panel to supplement the Central Heating system in a Victorian Terraced Cottage with no real insulation. I fixed the panel on the ceiling over the sofa and immediately have felt the benefit.

Infrared heater purchased for our garage. Arrived on time and is exactly what we needed. It heats the garage efficiently and remains reliable and effective.

We have two extra large mirror heaters, and use them in our bathrooms in the uk to provide warmth in cool months. The timer works well and in the spare room we turn it on when needed. They make a huge difference to the room temperature. We also have one in a holiday home in Portugal and it’s brilliant for keeping the room at 21C. So we use each differently but would not hesitate to recommend them and energy usage is minimal as once the room warms up to the thermostat it cuts off. Such a good solution.

got one before the winter last year pretty much to use as a trial in our cold 3m x 3.2m bedroom,it was almost half the wattage at 600w of previous heater but seems to be so much warmer,we used it with a timer at first and that felt warmer but it felt even better when used with a plug-in temperature controller,excellent product and will be looking at getting more

I bought 4 heaters for my flat. They are really good and low energy. Well worth the money and so easy to work. The heat that comes from them is surprising.

Used this company to buy some infrared panels for my business. Mohammed was great, gave me a insight on how they work etc. I decided to pick them up myself as they were based locally, otherwise they would have delivered. Had a few teething problems with the app initally, but all sorted out now. The guys at infrared were always happy to help and even offered to come out to my business premises to try and solve the issue. All in all very pleased with my purchase and extra pleased with the service from start to finish. Highly recommend this company all day long. Thanks again mohammed and team!
