I purchased a 1200*600 IR heating panel and its fantastic . The hall stays warm even though its at the bottom of the stairs . It costs 14p an hour but is thermostatically controlled so is not on for most of the time and thats just one of the benefits . When we had the radiator in the hall when the door was opened all the hot air rushed straight out into the street but because the IR Heater heats solid things , floor , wall etc this doesnt happen and its also been great at stopping black mould growth . I have since bought another to replace a radiator in another room and my parents have just bought their first one . Just make sure that you position it correctly , ideally with a wall or furnishings within at least 10 feet away . I had a good look around for IR products before going to IR Heating supplies and I have been very happy with their organization from start to finish . Its nice when a Company takes the time to follow up on the sale and want to make sure you are happy . I will definitely be getting further panels from IR Heating supplies .

I bought this product to fit into a small outside workshop, to allow me to be able to use this space all year round. The information I read about the heater sounded just what I needed, and at a fair price. When they arrived one had some damage, but one phone call and a quick email, and a replacement was on its way. I would have given a 5 star rating but as the cold weather is still to come, I’ve not yet used them in anger. But saying that I did test them and I certainly felt the heat. Good, polite, and helpful company and I would recommend them.

Found it easy to order what I wanted online. All the necessary information was on the website.
My items arrived safe and sound at my installer's location.
My electrician had no problems installing the panels.
They look beautiful and work great. All my friends are amazed by them.

Ordered infrared heaters to help warm the conservatory and home office without needing to put the main house heating on when only one room is use and they are excellent at keeping us warm. The delivery and dispatch from IHS was excellent - I would thoroughly recommend.

Infrared heaters are fantastic. I did a lot of research to find the perfect heating for my flat which is all electric. I definitely made the right choice with these heaters. They are simple to use, and having them on timers/thermostats keeps my flat at a constant temperature all year round. They are definitely cheaper than the standard electric heaters. I put mine on the ceiling out of the way. That was a great choice. Would buy again and recommend to anyone. Good company to buy from. Gave me some good advice. Very helpful. Heater's arrived well packaged and quickly. This I'd the electric heating of the future 🙂

Great product and service. The heater does exactly as we’d hoped for the outside office, and looks good mounted on the wall in the corner. Really easy to use and love the fact you can turn it on remotely so the room is warm when you go in! Great product and a very helpful and quick service too. Answered all my questions, explained what I needed, and received it very quickly. I’d go straight back again if/when we need something similar in the future.

Excellent service from the team and very quick delivery. All the kit sent was easy to put together and the heater works fine with no problems.

My IR bar wall heater is excellent. It is the perfect solution for top up warmth in a cold corner of the room. It heats up quickly and is silent. It eliminates the cold spot from a window.
The purchase advice was also friendly and very helpful.

We’ve purchased two infra red linear heaters for our business and they are still both working really well two and half years later. Very efficient and simple to use with remote controls. Great product and excellent value for money.

Our voluntary run Community Association and registered Charity purchased quite a few of the large 2400 watt linear heaters (16) for our twice weekly youth club that takes place in a very old and cold Church Hall. Despite being originally very happy with the service, heaters and contact with Mohamed I became increasingly frustrated over what turned out to be a considerable delay with the balance of our order, over 4 months, the issue however has since been resolved and we picked up the heaters from the delivery depot. On reflection I think it would be fair to suggest Infared Heating Supplies reconsider the company they use as courier/delivery for their items.
