I purchased a bra that advertised great support. When I received the product it did not stand up as advertised. I want to return for a full refund, but was required to send pictures of the shipping label and product id even though they had the order number. Now instead of refunding the full $39.99 they want to give me just $12. I have been fighting with them for over 10 days to get my full refund.
This is totally unacceptable since the product is not as advertised. Never purchase anything from this company!

Overall, tge experience was very good. My initial email appeared to not have been understood based on the initial response though it was very clear so I had to re-explain the same thing. However, the second response had all the info I needed and had requested so it all ended well.

Please advise how I use the product, I have it all over my hands, fantastic but I can5get it to come out on the brush?
