Great item at a great price and delivered promptly thank you

You did terrible. Ordered a product from you 3 weeks ago.Haven't heard anything. I also reached out on Friday on the chat and had no response for over an hour. What is going on with my order?

How good can it get. Monday made contact with the Director (Charles) to make enquiries about an industrial sewing machine, paid for one. Tuesday he called us it been dispatched to us for Leeds. Wednesday, it is delivered in the morning, fully assembled, we tested it and everything was perfect. Thank you Charles for the opportunity.

Company very helpful in deciding what size needles required for my old overlockers. Charlie extremely helpful and sent pictures of required needles. However, the only thing that let's them down is delivery. Delivery should have been in two days tracked but items never turned up after 4 days and no tracking number issued. Phoned Charlie, who was immediately on the case and resent items by special delivery which came the following day. Cannot fault the service, only delivery, which makes me wary of further orders.

only issue was that the courier held the package for a while so took over 5 days for them to reach me but that is not Infinity Sewing's fault.

A great service overall, the technician serviced two industrial and one domestic machines, answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to use the machines more efficiently. Charles was great at communicating and was clear about the prices from the beginning. I will use their services again.

Your engineer was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly.
My machine has been to several other service places and this is by far the best.
He was happy for me to watch the process and as a result I have a far better understanding of the machine..
