Everything was packaged well and was dispatched quickly. The items were pretty niche and were the best price available online. The delivery was via the infamous EVRi who seemed to hold onto it longer than usual before delivering it but that's more of an EVRi problem.

Made a pre order last year and still heard nothing and the item is no longer on the website.
Emailed them to cancel and refund my order back in March and still heard nothing back from them.

I paid for a preorder item and I’ve still not received it. I’ve tried to contact them to get it refunded on numerous occasions and I get no response.

Scam company, ordered something last month with next day delivery but nothing arrived and no responses to any messages. Chargeback only way to recover money.

Awful pre ordered something. Waited for months still no show so asked for a refund and never got the refund money back! What a joke! Do not buy from.

SCAM - DO NOT USE. Placed a preorder and never received the items. Contacted an had a vague reply. Waited again and nothing. Contacted but this time no response. Tried all their available options and nothing. Seems like they try and run out the time to the time you cannot dispute the order or charge back via your bank. Absolutely avoid them. 1 year on and still no item or refund.

AVOID these scumbag scammers they will not refund. I ordered something in febuary 2025 and never recieved anything and I sent countless emails to them and never get responses.

The company took my money for a pre-order which they never despatched. Item was then removed from their website altogether. Have sent multiple e-mails and messages through social media and have received no response. It appears there are multiple other people in the exact same situation. Future buyers beware.

Very good, just what I ordered and packed with care

I ordered something in March 2025 and still haven't received it yet. I wrote two Emails and wrote them on Instagram twice. No reply at all. Definitely a scam.

Avoid. They don’t provide items or respond back to emails. I have reached out on numerous occasions to discuss a preorder due to be delivered in October 2025 and have had no response.

I had a very negative experience with Infinity Collectables and would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them.

I placed an order on 30 November 2025 for £179.99. The item was never delivered. I did not receive a tracking number, a shipping confirmation, or any clear delivery update. I contacted the company several times asking for information, then later requested cancellation and a refund. After my messages, the order was eventually cancelled, but the refund was never actually returned to my account.

After waiting and receiving no proper resolution, I had no choice but to open a chargeback claim through my bank. My card was issued by a non-UK bank, which made the process more complicated and likely longer than it might have been with a UK bank. I submitted the chargeback request in March 2026, and the case was only finally resolved in my favour in May 2026, after the bank escalated the matter through pre-arbitration.

In total, this issue took almost six months from the date of purchase to the final recovery of my money. The company kept my money, failed to deliver the goods, failed to provide proper communication, and failed to issue a refund after cancellation.

Based on my experience, this looked and felt like a scam. I would not buy from Infinity Collectables again, and I would recommend that other customers be extremely cautious, especially if paying with a non-UK bank card, as recovering funds may take a long time.

AVOID!! Save yourself the trouble & order elsewhere. No reply to customer service emails & no delivery of preorder from Aug 2025! Passed date to claim back with bank so I’m left out of pocket!!

Ordered an item in December, was not dispatched. Ignored all support contact. Had to raise dispute with my bank which took two months as Infinity Collectibes slow-rolled the process, providing inaccurate evidence to try and reset the timer.

BEWARE! Definitely has descended into some form of SCAM online retailer. Initial order was all "pre-order" items. Took months for first part to be shipped, and had to continuously email them to get any update. Then a strange shift happened in late 2025 to early 2026. The company went through some kind of restructuring; not only did the storefront have a major overhaul, but so did their product/brand ranges. Had begun emailing again wrt to the 2nd half of my order; auto responses were never followed up by any help/response. Have resigned that my communication (and paid order) has been dumped into a black hole and I'll never see either my items or money ever again. Do always read up on a company's reviews on 3rd-party sites, such as Trustpilot; I have found them immeasurably helpful when researching online shops/companies. So avoid this one at all costs!!
