Paid for express delivery 1-2 days. Still haven’t received my order. Tracking just says order placed, not even been dispatched. I have emailed, instagrammed and messaged on whatnot and have just been ignored constantly. Will be going through the bank for a chargeback now. Absolutely appalling . Also deleting all my comments on instagram now

Further update: just cancelled my order, no response, no message, no email, just cancelled.

Order number 14829367 Michael myers iron works model ordered in August 2025 . Not received and still on order awaiting details! no reply to emails chasing updates for months just ignored . No refund no nothing it’s really poor . Company should not be operating .

Had an item on pre-order that should have been fulfilled months ago. I attempted to contact them for an update on the order multiple times over the span of a month with no response. I am now attempting to get a refund through my bank but it seems unlikely.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Paid for 2 items on pre-order in July 2025. They took my money and still not received them and they haven’t replied to numerous emails. Scam company, buy from a reputable site, not this one!!! Appears others are having the same problem.

Well from start to finish fully enjoyable experience comics are at a great price . delivery 🚚 items wrapped up well and speedy delivery. Quality of the comics are top class .I will be buying again and again many thanks for making my hobby even more inclusive.

I placed an order on the 13th of December 2025 and have not received my delivery despite sending numerous emails and completing the query forms on the site. It was not a pre-order so there is no reason that it should not have been delivered, other than this company is scamming customers. I would never recommend ordering from this company!

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star , avoid them at all costs they are absolute con artists they scam you out of your money i purchased several pre orders totalling around £650 i never received any items or replies from them ,PayPal couldn’t help as it was over 6 months,i took this matter to a small claims court through gov.com it cost me £60 but in. The end i got my full money back , so for others who have got an issue take them to small claims court to get your money back off these rob dogs , they are also selling through whatnot so i would avoid this company at all costs

Do not order from this company. Ordered a plushie for my son for Christmas 2025 - product never arrived, no response to my multiple emails and requests for a refund. The worst customer service I have every encountered - they have stolen my money and are blatantly ignoring this fact!!!
