Great products! Ordered two custom sparring sets, both came out beautiful

Looking for some kind of contact info to stay in touch with Infunitude I have a fellow sailor that is separating soon In September, and I'm just looking to keep in touch so I know the status of the product and if I'll get it in enough time to give to him before he leaves.

I got a pair of custom gloves, and I used them for a week or two, then I found a hole in the liner, I contacted them and they said no returns, but we can give a discount code. After that I got another pair and there hasn’t been an issue with the new ones at all used them for about a whole 2 months, great company will buy from here again. 💥🥊

I placed the order on 4/5 and still haven't received it. The site states "We started with a 3-4 weeks of time. But over time we have reduced it to 18 working days now. We have recently integrated an extensive ERP solution at the backend to improve our manufacturing operations more effectively and efficiently. With this we are forecasting to reduce the time from design to deliver in less than 18 working days." My order was ready for shipping about three days ago but still hasn't shipped. Gloves look great according to the image they sent but I can't wear an image. Disappointing so far. Will update. *Update* I emailed them to ask why it was ready for shipping and hadn't shipped yet. They said it was because I had to confirm everything looked good. But that was not in any conversation. Bottom line, nice product. I hate how long it took. I don't like that they claim to be waiting on a confirmation. Seems like they just tried to fix a problem by pointing fingers at the customer. Will not use again.

I think the gloves came out amazing in terms of print quality! Pretty much exactly what I wanted. The only thing I didn’t like was whatever they did to the material on the glove. It sort of has stretch marks like on gloves that someone might have used for months after breaking them out. Other then that they’re good!

I've been harsh on them before but recently received some custom gloves from them I am very impressed with the work that they did. I didn't expect much but it blew me away. Glad to see the company as improved these last few years.

Horrific delivery times, nearly 3 weeks after paying for order and it still has not even shipped. Customer service is slow and hard to get ahold of.

Great product and good quality customization work. Turn around time for a single pair of custom boxing gloves was about 3 weeks from order to receipt. I will be ordering from this company again. Only complaint is there was no communication about the order being completed and shipped. If there was, I missed it. So a little better communication, but company is good, product is good (as advertised), and I'll be using them again in the future.
