Good experience, great prices, almost always beat competitors. Only problem is delay in shipping sometimes, but company works with you to help get it you quickly.

One of my packages was delivered damaged, but the Reemalo let me keep the the product and they shipped over a brand new package.

I highly recommend them, I ordered 2 containers of Isopure from Reemalo website and one of them was damaged, I contacted customer service and they were fantastic, I Sent them pictures of the damaged container and quickly sent me a replacement, Recommended!

Have ordered few times with them now...same pattern...you get a shipment confirmation but the product never comes even after months...then you chase for weeks and may get your product. They are depending on majority orders to be forgotten. If some chase them, they send the product...if they dont send 70% orders, some that they need to send at no margin are still worth it....it's a financial scam

Ordered 2 items from Reemalo on 3 Sept. & was told that it was shipped on 9 Sept. and according to their website delivery would be by FEDEX and take 6 work days to be delivered. I waited until the end of Sept but like many people - NOTHING WAS EVER DELIVERED! Filed a dispute with my bank and got my money back. Reemalo did not answer emails from their website, from me or from chat and NEVER provided FEDEX Tracking info! If they did we could have worked on this order but NOTHING! This site is either a "SCAM" or Reemalo does not know how to run a business.

All good! Took a bit to arrive but all great ! The waiting was worth the price

I ordered two 10 lb packages of protein on 3/4/2025, and as of 7/28/2025, I still have not recieved my product. Every time I contact them, they say they've had shipping problems and operations problems and product quantity problems. At this point, they have given me every possible excuse, but after almost 5 months, I still have not recieved my product, and they will not refund my money. I had to file a dispute through the credit card company.

I ordered Optimum Nutrition 5lbs whey bucket (order number #RE30511 in case they claim this review is fake). Never got the shipping details or tracking number, and they never answered my (many) emails. 58$ down the drain.
Don't let the cheap prices fool you...

This place is actively trying to scam people. Ordered from them. They marked as shipped. I waited 10 days, no tracking provided. Emailed them and got ignored. CC company refunded me immediately due to the number of disputes. Then they lied about everything afterwards.

Update: after the CC company refunded me Reemalo reached out and tried to claim they had refunded me voluntarily and that they had cancelled the order even though it was in transit but that I could place another order and receive it within five days. I declined and pointed out they had not in fact refunded me and they couldn’t have cancelled the order if it was in transit. They then admitted to it not being shipped but offered to ship me a free tub of protein to come back and change my review, which I said I would consider. They shipped the protein and I have tracking to say it has been delivered however I am not currently home to verify that is has or that it is even protein. So I received an email stating that I should change the review immediately or return the protein which I am obviously under no obligation to do. Now you have all the information you need to decide whether or not to use this company.

Been waiting for 1/2 my order placed in January for months. Got every excuse from “sent to wrong address, wrong shipping tracking numbers, returned, shipper problems, will send extra free, ran out of stock, to auto replies of customer support not available.”
Both emailing and the instant messenger on website. They will never send a tracking number or will send one that is not a real one. INSANE! But of course still offering product for sale on their website the whole time.

Product was 100% what i ordered, and for a great price. The order did take very long to be processed, and also to be sent to the courier. I was not in a rush, but expect that it took around a week or two.

Reemalo has the best prices among all other websites that I have investigated! New customers can order with confidence And must be aware that the lead time is longer then most competitors but they do deliver . I’m a repeat customer and I will continue to be with the understanding that you could wait up to 30 plus days . The wait is worth the savings .

Ordered a 10lb bag of protein on Jan 1st. It is now Jan 30th and have yet to receive it. In 4 different emails they assured me they would send me a tracking # in 24 hours and it would be here in 3-4 days. Neither happened every single time.
Now that I requested a refund they stopped answering my emails. Very clearly a scam. Now I'm going through my bank to be reimbursed.

Ordered protein on December 2, 2024 and FINALLY received it December 30th.

It took several emails and a threat to report the transaction as fraudulent before I got my order.

I will NOT be using Reemalo again!
