Cheap Reading Glasses
Send what they are actually advertising. They sent cheap +3.00 reading glasses, when infomercial advertised glasses that would conform to whatever vision problem you have, near, far , anything. For $39.99 they send a $1 pair of reading glasses made in China. Return address is Chicago IL, But they want you to send to an unknown address in China to possibly get a refund!
NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR RETURN
INF said to email Customer Support. I did that but no reply at all. Want to return glasses since they were not what I thought I ordered.
No way to reach the company--therefore aSCAM.
Less than one star…
Less than one star…. actually less than zero stars. I ordered 1 pair but after check out it shows i also ordered the 3 pack extra bundle final cost over $120!
When i immediately tried to cancel they didn’t respond until the next day and said the order had already been processed and i could get a refund after they arrived.
When they arrived it they were nothing but cheap plastic magnifying glasses.
After numerous emails they said i had to return them to China. The return address on the package is in Chicago.
I see everyone was scammed. There should be a way for a class action suit against these scammers.
I ordered 3 pairs of magvision glasses…
I ordered 3 pairs of magvision glasses that do not do what they promised. I asked for a refund before the 30 days. They said the order was not from them! That is a lie. This is a scam. Do not buy from them ever!!
Bait and Switch
This company apparently uses a classic bait and switch tactic. Their ad on Facebook for the magnification glasses ( so as not to need various pairs) was also "satisfaction guaranteed". After three weeks I received the glasses and they were poor quality "readers" with a 3.0 magnification. I have better pairs that I purchased from Wal-Mart for a lot less money. Their support team said they would be glad to refund as long as I sent them back to an address in China. I went to the PO and it would cost almost $45 to send these the cheapest way. More than I actually paid for them. Obviously I will not spend more money to do that. They sell other things but I recommend purchasing nothing from this company. The phone # the website gives for support is unresponsive as well. Do not trust them.
I bought the 2 pair bundle..
I bought the 2 pair bundle... upon check out they make it so confusing by posting bonus additions. Didn't realize until after checkout that i ordered 5 pair! i tried to cancel the order immediately and was emailed saying i could not cancel bc the ordered was processing and i would have to wait until delivery for a full refund. I now have all 5 pairs (they came in 2 separate deliveries) and now i'm getting the run around about the return and refund. This is not a US company as they state. They only ship from the US. The returns have to ship to China!!! I costs just as much to ship as the glasses! They are forcing me to keep and the product does not work as they have advertised!!!!!
I ordered self adjusting prescription…
I ordered self adjusting prescription glasses, and was sent really low quality 3 times magnifying reading glasses instead, Company will not refund, and offered a 40% discount. Buyer beware.
False advertising
False advertising. These mag vision glasses are the same readers you can buy at the Dollar Store for alot less than what this company is selling them for. Nothing but a rip off. Would definitely not recommend them.
I ordered a MagVolt charger for my…
I ordered a MagVolt charger for my phone. Got it dead on arrival. Not damaged in shipment, just non-functional. I tried to return it but after one week of 'customer service' non-reply they wanted me to send it back to China for $19.90 cheapest rate at the USPS. It was sent to me from New York. What a ripoff!
Update: 7 hours after posting this review I was given a full refund. Thanks Trustpilot!
Magnavision Glasses are crap!
Ordered the magvision glasses and are nothing more than readers. Took almost 3 weeks to get with express shipping! Won't respond to emails. Phone number goes unanswered. SCAM!
My husband ordered the MagVision…
My husband ordered the MagVision glasses hoping they would live up to the advertising. They did not They are merely normal reading glasses marked 3. To return them for a refund he had to send several emails. When he finally got a response the return address is in China, not California, which is the return address on the glasses. The worst part is they prey on people with poor vision thinking the glasses will help when they are really just a scam.
Eyeglasses are a SCAM
Eyeglasses are a SCAM! Don’t waste your money! Requesting refund!
It's a Scam!
It's a Scam! Beware mag vision glasses are just regular reading glasses with 3.00 on them, nothing special and they don't respond to my emails or phone calls asking for refund. Don't Fall for this Fraud company
Sketchy to say the least
No response to multiple requests for return instructions by email, and no answer after multiple calls to their “customer service “ number.
I am thinking they are a fake business/fraud.
Major scam
Major scam. All the glasses are are bifocal reading glasses. My came today with a 3.00 on them. Don’t waste your money. I will be filing a dispute. 😡
Misrepresented glasses
The glasses that arrived were plain glasses that were 3.00 which do not auto adjust as advertised. I have requested a full refund but have not heard from the company yet.
OTC glasses
Received glasses which were 3.0 meant to read close and long distance. I should have known better. When you have poor vision they take advantage...
I wouldn’t have given it one star
I wouldn’t have given it one star. This company is a scam. Purchased Mag glasses like other reviewers and they don’t work as advertised. Phone number doesn’t answer. Return for refund has to be sent to a Chinese address and I would have to pay shipping.
This is a total scam
This is a total scam. Ordered (3) pair of "MagniVision" glasses and all that I received was some plastic clear lenses. No sight improvement what so ever. When I asked to return and receive a refund, I would have to send it to China. The package I received as shipped from California...why can't we ship back to a local US address ? Nothing but a scam.
SCAM!!!
I’ve ordered „magic glasses” as my vision isn’t the best and what I get is a chip pair of reading glasses that you can buy at Poundland or Home Bargains for less than a pound. I’m sending them emails with complaints every day but no reply.
It’s not even a scam, it’s stealing money from people.
