I bought in good faith they sold in bad
I bought in good faith. They sold in bad faith. $400 to return them to China, though they have a US address. I threw them in the garbage.

It's a scam I ordered the glasses by mistake. Said I could return for a refund but I to pay for shipping to China which was going to cost me more than than I paid for the glasses. I threatened to send all my information I got from them to the FBI and A Attorney general and within a hour they refunded all my money.
MagVision eyeglasses are terrible and product claims are just flat out lies.
Product - "MagVision Eyeglasses"
Misrepresented, do not work as claimed. Customer service will not respond to return and refund requests after four attempts. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
This is a scam
This is a scam. I ordered smart glasses and received cheap +3 readers. I emailed asking for a full refund and was told that I needed to return them to China. When I responded that the shipping cost would cost much more than the product value, I didn’t receive any more responses.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not back their product! At all if you pay $130 for their glasses that don't work you can't get a refund without having to pay $60 to send it all the way back Chin
DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY. They do not back their product. Their classes do not work. And in order to get a refund you have to pay for the shipping all the way to China. Then they do not guarantee you get a refund. Biggest SCAM company! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND THEY DON'T CARE!
Phone Charger was BOGUU!
Received a phone charger that was supposed to be a fast charging method plus improve the performance of my phone. It did NOT charge my phone any faster than my regular charger and did not give my phone any improvement in performance. TOTAL RIP-OFF! When I requested a refund of my purchase they told me I had to return the charger to China! Do NOT purchase from them they are scammers!
I purchased Inf's charger…
I purchased Inf's charger that was advertised to charge my phone in mere minutes. It took over an hour to charge it from 38% to full. My regular wireless charger did the same thing the next day. Certainly not as advertised. I am not going to risk mailing something overseas for a potential refund. It works, just not as advertised. Won't buy from them again.

This company is a rip off...they dupe you into paying for more than you order at checkout..
The glasses are horrible. They say they refund everything if you don't like, but you have to send items back to China so it costs too much to ship back...they deserve 0 stars
Scam glasses were not what I expected
Glasses were not what they were advertised. Could buy same 3.00 glasses at Dollar Store. Requested how to return package. They wanted all kinds of pictures and information. I supplied that and was told package must be returned to an address in China even thou the package came from Chicago, Il. I ordered 2 pair and got charged for 3 more pair. Postage to mail to China is almost what glasses cost. Hope this company is taken out of business. Based on reviews on this website lots of people are losing money to infbrands. Chen Young @2701S Western Ave Unit A, Chicago, Il 60608 is the name on package I received.
Eye Glasses
I have been trying to contact this company. I ordered one pair. They sent and charged me for four pairs. This is over $100.00 for very flimsy plastic glasses that do not work very well.
What they claim does not work
What they claim does not work. They are very flimsy cheap made glasses with a magnifying type of glass that can harm your eyesight as your eyes try to adjust to them; I also had a banking problem with small amounts of money being taken out and I never bothered to try to return them or get any satisfaction from talking to someone about them. I knew I had made a mistake almost as soon as they arrived inside a small bag, wrapped in plastic. all soft materials, no box. Hard to adjust to also. Never buy from INFBrands.
Total scam
Their so-called mag glasses are a joke, cheap, and essentially just low power reading glasses. It is a total scam. Moreover, the return process is cumbersome, and virtually nonexistent. You have to send pictures of the entire delivery, including packaging, even though there was no packaging slip enclosed. And then you have to wait. For what? The feds should go after them.
It's a first class scam.
They are quick to charge your credit card while it takes 2 weeks to get your useless 3.0 glasses. After you try to contact them, They do not get back to you until a few days later. My credit card statement says they are located in Florida yet they want me to return the glasses to China for a possible refund.
Do not buy from this company!!
Do not buy from this company!!!
I bought the eyeglasses; just like the other reviews they are cheap and you cannot see with them. I went online and pressed a button to get a copy of my order and it reordered the same thing!!!! I never asked to order this garbage again!!! I texted them immediately saying what happened and not to send it to me. Didn’t realize I’d be dealing with stupid people… so I notified my credit card company so I won’t be charged and I told them I plan on refusing delivery when it comes. Twice they replied saying “since you refused delivery….. “. I said I haven’t yet because I haven’t received them yet. And they replied again “since you refused delivery…..”. I won’t be emailing them anymore I have enough emails as proof for my credit card company if they need it. These people are not only scammers but stupid idiots!!!!
I ordered the mag vision glasses
I ordered the mag vision glasses. Just under $39.99 They are very cheaply made. You can buy better made readers at a. Dollar store. I contacted them about returning the glasses for a refund, and they said if damaged during shipping they won’t refund full amount. The return has to be sent to China! Buyer beware of these products and the company
Buyer beware
I ordered the self adjusting eyeglasses, hoping that they might help my mother. What I received was a cheaply made pair of +3 reading glasses. I paid $39.99 for the glasses Plus an additional $9.95 for an expedited shipping. The shipping was sent USPS ground and took 13 days to arrive.
Upon contacting INF brands for every fund, I was given an address in China to send them back to. I was told to pay the return shipping costs, and then they would give me a refund. Shipping to China is more than $70.
The package came from Chicago, which is apparently their warehouse. A support number for INF brands is based out of Florida. However, when calling the support number in Florida, a message says they do not have any Representatives available and to email them directly through their support. The email gets you a person that tells you to ship your product back to China.
The entire ordeal has left me feeling stupid the glasses that are described in their ad are most certainly not the glasses that I received. They most certainly do not auto adjust for any eyesight. That is even taking into account that they do not correct for astigmatism.
Luckily I paid with a Visa card and have therefore reported the entire transaction as fraud.
Total complete scam!
Total complete scam!! AVOID At ALL COSTS! Can’t even see out of the glasses. They are sent to you from the US but have to return internationally. If they are damaged on the return they won’t refund any money so surprise no refunds.
Scammers
Scammers! I ordered the glasses.....they are nothing more than magnifiying glasses you can buy at the dollar store! I wanted to return them, but they are saying I have to send them to CHINA!!! The address they were shipped from is in California. It's a big scam! In my opinion anyone else that gets taken like this should report them as FRAUDS to their credit card company. I'm pissed!
UPDATE: I told them I was reporting them to the Attorney General and the FBI for FRAUD if they didn't refund my money ASAP. Also told them I was reporting them to Facebook for false advertising. They refunded my money immediately and I didn't have to return the junk glasses. My shipment came from CA but they also have an address in Miami, FL. Looks like they have a scam ring running all over the USA.
