Absolutely terrible! What's the actual point in indigo! Useless! Whoever runs the buses needs sacking! Anarchy. Never on time if turn up at all! Worst public transport going! Better off walking.

Had problems uploading my result but after a quick email explaining my problem, Claudia got back to me and sorted the issue out promptly. Since my flight was really early in the monrning the day... See more

The whole process worked well. Tests arrived day after ordering and test result came first thing in the morning after sending late the previous evening. Definitely recommend. Just one small suggestion... See more

Christelle was amazing despite being severly short staffed. Lose 1 star because the process to get an antigen test certfieid was very stressful... I didn't get a QR code to scan my test kit ID... See more

2 stars deducted due to delays

There were significant delays due to site unavailability, I was informed twice "site cannot be reached". Eventually I used their email address to send neccessary documentation.
I received apologise for the delays and from then on things ran smoothly and my "fit to fly " certificates arrived promptly

The worst company in my opinion

The worst company in my opinion. Wouldn’t give me a refund I thought that I would receive a antigen test with their , company name on it there was nothing there I paid for a normal later flow test which I have at home. In addition , there was no instructions or anything on the packaging , no ID or tracking number. I ended going to Damhealth a trusted company. If your looking to contact the company , there’s no phone number on the website also it’s all fake. Don’t trust them. -0 stars I would give

I did not receive my certificate in…

I did not receive my certificate in time. I paid for the fit to fly test and it was completely useless as the certificate did not come back in time. My flight was at 12:00 pm so I needed the results by around 9 or 10 am. I took the test at 11:00 pm the previous night, leaving almost 10 hours to receive the certificate. Since this was for entry to the us, 24 hours does not give you much time to do the test beforehand. It’s not like I did the test 1 hour before the time I needed it. I think 10 hours is enough time to produce a certificate, especially given the 24 hour limit. I had to purchase another test at Gatwick airport which made my trip a lot more stressful and cost me an extra £35.
