Great customer service

Great customer service.
Jake from the team was very helpful and understanding and got me sorted quickly!
I had a stone fall out after only having it for 1 day and he organised a replacement quickly!
Would be nice to have a repair as an option though and just offer a reply paid envelope instead of a whole new ring and it seems wasteful having a ring sitting around just because it’s missing a stone 😔

Beautiful Jewelry, great customer experience

Beautiful, high quality pieces. Unfortunately I was sent a wrong item. I reached out to customer support online (at night time in the US). I woke up to a response from Holly. Holly was so quick to respond, and got me a replacement shipped free of charge immediately. I will be purchasing from this company again

I originally received a faulty item

I originally received a faulty item. I reached out to the customer service and Jake helped me solve the problem. They responded the next day after I sent the email. The ring itself is beautiful even though it was missing two stones. However we got the problem solved and it was overall a good experience.

10/10 Customer Service and Good Quality Products

Customer service with Indigo Lune is amazing, I’ve had to contact them twice now, first about an exchange in the ring sizes and they were so willing to exchange and made the process super easy and quick. Recently the stone of my ring fell out and when I reached out to them they were really helpful in getting me a replacement. And the quality of the rings is amazing as well. I’ve been in contact with Mia and Abbie and they were both super quick in responses. Thanks girls

My ring came with a lighter stone than…

My ring came with a lighter stone than anticipated for July. Customer service was great and offered to replace my ring and swap the July stone with January to look a little more like the Ruby. They were very quick at responding and providing options! This is my second time ordering here and I absolutely will again!

Wonderful Customer Service and Beautiful Rings!

I had a bit of a rocky start with my order from Indigo Lune, as my first package couldn’t be delivered. However, Abbie, a truly kind and helpful member of the Indigo Lune team assisted me with so much care and patience. Thanks to her support, we decided to give it another try and placed the order again.

The second delivery arrived without any issues, and I couldn’t be happier. The two rings are absolutely beautiful! My best friend and I wear them every single day 💍😍 they mean so much to us.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a set of two rings; Unfortunately, one broke the first day it was worn. With that being said, Indigo Lune's customer service was prompt and completely cooperative. I was able to replace my ring with a different item. All that to be said, the ring was absolutely beautiful!!

Incredible company

Not only does this company produce beautiful, unique jewelry; they respond to every email so quickly. Even being in a completely different country, they were very timely with responses. I absolutely adore my new pieces and will for sure be a returning customer.

So helpful!

I ordered a matching set of rings for my sister and I. Sadly, one of my stones fell out but Abbie in customer service took care of the situation quickly! She made sure the quality check department was aware for the future, and kept in contact with me throughout the entire replacement process. The rings are truly gorgeous and I’m so happy to have it back!

I had a great experience with Indigo…

I had a great experience with Indigo Lune, especially thanks to Abbie and Holly. I had a minor issue where a stone popped off my mother’s ring, and they handled it so quickly and efficiently. They sent a replacement with no questions asked, which I truly appreciated.

Their customer service was amazing, and it made the whole situation completely stress-free. I highly recommend Indigo Lune and will definitely continue supporting them!

Great customer service

Recently had an issue with one of the personalised rings. Contacted customer service to try and sort it out. Holly dealt with my query and was super easy and quick to deal with. This is the best store ever

This is the best store I've ever dealt with lately! The way the company treats its customers shocked me, how responsible and kind, it is very nice that nowadays there are still such companies as this!

I placed an order for a ring and a bracelet last December, and recently a small piece of pebble broke off the ring for some reason. My girlfriend got upset and I sent a question to the support service if it was possible to do something about it. And you know what? The next day, a girl from the support service named Abbie answered me and kindly offered to exchange the goods or return the money! And then I also helped to understand the sizes and also with the color due to the changes during this time in the availability of the store.

I will certainly recommend this store for a long time to everyone I know!

I ordered many times from this brand and I was always very satisfied both with the quality of the items and the communication with the team. My 2for1 discount code some how did not get applied to my order and I reached out to customer service and Humera fixed this right away and credited me the $ back. Super friendly and responsive and I cannot wait to receive these rings! One of my friends has one and I saw it in person and it was gorgeous.
