Great platform to sumbit your tracks on spotify! Or other music platforms

Good service, recently I wanted to takedown my songs and they did exactly that. Really good for distributing music, used the service for over 2 years. Would highly rate for people to use.

Scam platform will make you pay $9.99 before requesting royalties and won’t pay it still

Worst music distributor, my support tickets are now older than over 2 months, totaling to over 9 emails, NONE have been answered, NONE. Company scams especially in payouts, absolutely false rates. Everything about this service is terrible.

THE ARE A SCAMMER!
Today I check my revenue and I see that I have 60$ in my balance so I click the withdraw button then they tell me that if you want to withdraw it you have to buy a pro plan (price $9.99) then I buy the pro plan. After that when I click on withdraw button it is not working. I also contact there support but they don't respond to me.

This the best distribution I'll give y'all that, but then with the streams I had made since two years back they don't want to show how to be withdrawn but all is good because I give y'all 90%

A STUPID ASS COMPANY THAT PAYS NOTHING

They don’t pay.

Pending withdrawal for months, they pay $35 for streams when ditto paid $130 for the slightly less amount of streams (from the same region)

Use Distrokid or Ditto if you want a reliable provider.

Customer service doesn’t reply.

I've been waiting for them to pay me for years, and they don't pay me for what I've earned with my own music. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Y'ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I HAVE WAITING 7 MONTH TO BE PAID AND STILL, NO PAYMENT.

THEY IGNORE YOUR EMAILS ONCE YOU EMAIL. THEY REPLY ONCE WITH AN AUTOMATED REPLY AND THE EXCUSE THEY USE IS THAT THEY HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH PAYMENTS BEING DELAYED DUE TO A BACK LOG OF TRANSACTIONS THAT THEY SAY WILL BE FIXED SOON.

ITS BEEN 7 MONTH AND THESE SCAMMERS HAVE KEPT OVER £150 OF MY EARNINGS. I EVEN TRIEDTO SUBSCRIBE TO THE PRO VERSION TO SEE IF THAT WOULD RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND TO TALK TO AN ACTUAL HUMAN IN THE LIVE CHAT (WHICH THEY ONLY REPLIED ONCE WITH THE SAME COPY AND PASTED EXCUSE THEN THEY IGNORE) THAT COST ME EVEN MORE MONEY.

I THEN ASKED THEM HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE PRO VERSION A DAY BEFORE IT RENEWED AND TRUE TO FORM THEY QUICKLY STOLE ANOTHER £8 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT (Which I have opened up a fraud case for with my bank)

I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID OR HAD A REPLY WITH A DEFINITIVE ANSWER TO WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY MONEYS. I AM OPENING UP A FRAUD INVESTIGATION AND HAVE CONTACTED TRADING STANDARDS TO INFORM OF THE ILLEGALITYS AND SCAMMING THAT IS GOING ON.

USE DISTROKID IF YOU WISH TO UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC AS EVERYTHING IS ABOVE BOARD WITH THEM AND YOU ARE ALWAYS PAID ON TIME AND ALSO APPRECIATED AS AN ARTIST. NO MATTER WHAT MUSIC YOU MAKE.

After 4 months I still haven’t received a report, support responds with copy-paste and just wait, so everything is very bad. I will change the review as soon as something changes.

had 400000+ streams to my music it been more than 4 month's never saw my royalties then i opened a ticket and they told me not to worry about it two hours later they banned my account for "copyright claims" after 4 month's that the music was out

I absolutely love these guys, their support staff for ANY AND ALL issues that may even remotely happen (I've been working with this incredible team for going on something like 7 years give or take....they've opened many doors that were kinda hard to get into as of this date or at last count their team has placed my music into around 40 globally known streaming platforms net wide from Deezer to Spotify And many MANY others that I'd never even heard of from countries that I was not aware had a large music scene that liked the material I've been churning out....with a catalogue of nearly 950+ originals under my belt as an independent songwriter/composer I would highly recommend this platform for those of you who are starting out in the art of serious songwriting and working on releasing your material's to all major streaming services...these folks really ROCK !!!!
