IMS accounting have been amazing in helping me out with any question I had. I don't really understand tax concepts, but they have made me feel very comfortable in being able to submit invoices etc with minimal effort :)

The service provided by IMS has been of the highest quality. The process for setting up a company, invoicing, tax implications and expense claims is fully explained in a simple easy to understand way. All staff I have dealt with have made the experience a pleasure.

I've been with IMS since 2011. The relationship started not on a great note back in the day but just went on getting stronger over years. I'm very impressed by Dees and his team at IMS. Not only do they take out time to talk to you and answer all your questions with patience but keep you and your amount up to date all the time. I've been recommending my colleagues to IMS for they have been providing great service.

5 Star service with the personal touch.

Having been with IMS since September 2017, I can honesty say that they are a massive improvement on my previous accountant.
Their initial mentoring service was very professional and useful; the online portal was always easy to use and update; all phone conversations were always dealt with promptly and efficiently and face to face meetings to discuss the more complex questions were always handled with great patience and attention.
Also, being out of contract for the last 6 months, they did not charge for the payroll services but still provided a very professional service for all HMRC and essential business.
Only downside is that the offices are not very clearly identifiable from the outside - could do with better signage.
Overall, I would definite recommend them.

I am assigned a personal relationship manager (Dees Govender) who is always quick and efficient at responding to my requests.
He's good at explaining things to me - this was my first business so needed lots of hand holding, and he's been patient and helpful throughout.
Not been a single problem or cause for complaint in the eighteen months I've been working with IMS.
