I was ready to file bankruptcy when this group came into my life. They are a very honest hard working non-profit company and didn’t cost me a dime. My bills were taken of over a few years with so much less worrying on my bart. Hopefully others will think about this instead of going through the embarrassment and cost of filing bankruptcy. Horrible customer service. No empathy or understanding and very judgemental. The supervisor kept interrupting me, and would not let me finish talking. Their hours are impossible - 9 to 5 EST? So, if you are in CA, good luck. They will not accommodate your hours - you will have to take time off to speak with someone? they promise the world upfront, and then things change... The supervisor was also telling me how to lead my life, and how to drive and talk on the phone (which I don't). Seriously?
