Yes, it’s sketchy not receiving a tracking # and just praying it’ll arrival. I had hesitated at first from overbuying because Incerunmen has a lot of really great styles and designs (albeit knockoffs). But I’ve ordered multiple times since June 2022 and packages arrived within approximately 3 weeks time more or less from China to San Francisco, USA. I wear a Large (US size) and for me all the items I’ve ordered fit perfectly.

Yes, you get what you pay for for these fast fashion websites and the fabric is not high quality but honestly I have gotten compliments from folks asking where I bought it. I came across their ad on Instagram or Facebook. This is my honest feedback and I was not paid to say this but I personally will continue to buy from them. I laugh at most of the designs thinking you have be nuts to wear them but otherwise I wouldn’t be able to find these unique designs.

All 5 items arrived in decent timeframe but very poor quality. Bad fabric and terrible cuts. Also sizing varied wildly considering I ordered M for everything. Definitely not worth the money I paid. Avoid.

Shipment came by plane from Hongkong. When I needed to return some of the pieces, I’ve never got an answer on my emails - which I need to get information about where to to send it back or to get in contact about money return.

I placed an order on 10/14 (admittedly it was my third because I've never had an issue before) and it was close to $300 dollars! Do you know that not only have they not sent tracking information, but they haven't responded to ANY of the emails (sent daily) for the last week? From me asking for tracking information, sending my receipt, asking repeatedly, and nothing. There are other sites out there, with nice clothing and styles. I've learned my lesson! Stay away from INSCAMunmen!

Questionable legitimacy. Ordered More than a month ago and keep getting emails to buy more, though nothing has arrived.

Don’t use them. Can’t return items as they don’t response. Shocking scam of a company

I made an order above 1,300$. They had only sent me an email in which it had been written that my payment was successful but I didn’t receive any email about the shipping and it had passed more than two weeks. On their site it is said that a shipping takes about 15 - 20 days. I’ve sent an email to them asking about the shipping and they didn’t respond. I sent another mail telling them that if they didn’t reply I would take my money back and cancel the order. I have contacted my bank about their scam and I’m about to take my money back. A lawsuit and a suing is going to follow.

Ripped me off and stole my money - offered refund then refused to pay - they should be reported to the police

I bought items in the size I normally wear for around $80 plus $15 shipping.

Everything was too small (they are a Chinese company so sizes differ) and I needed to return two items and exchange another. They have a return policy on their website and I was well within the policy.

I emailed them - nope - they told me to keep the items and they would refund me $11.56 and I could keep the clothes. The clothes that don’t fit BTW.

I say refund me and send me a shipping label and I’ll pay the same amount I paid to ship them TO me.

Nope - they offered me $20 and asked me to go find a shipper to China. If I return the clothes.

I guess I’ll donate the clothes to goodwill and the owners of the website have scammed another sucker.

No product received, and my account is deleted. The products were not delivered and apparently send back to the seller. The tracking code in the mail of the seller does not work. Login for my order afterwards was not possible, so I could not claim any refund. My advise: do not order here.

Listen. I’m a pretty patient, chill person but I didn’t even know they were located out of the country until I’d confirmed my order and got a 15-20 estimated arrival. The clothes did not arrive. I reached out after 25days to check in (mind you the event I’d ordered the clothes for already passed) and was told to be patient(literally what the email said). Two days later, I’m told the $300 order has web lost and offered a refund, which I agree to. Two day after THAT, I get an email saying they’ll be resending the order. I ask for the refund that was already offered and fully get reprimanded by the associate for my lack of patience. I wrote a very nice email where I explain that it’s been over a month since I ordered, I no longer need the clothes, am not at the location I ordered to anymore and really just want the refund instead of them going through the trouble of resending. I receive another email telling me the order is already on the way and they will not be refunding me and to not reach out to them again despite the tracking link not working. This is possibly the worst service I’ve ever received from an online experience and despite the cute clothes, I urge you to not shop here.

Now I haven’t bought anything from the store but I’d like to point out that 2 pairs of pants on their website is over 4 times cheeper on their side than the actual creators of the pants side.
