This is the worst rip off company ever ! I paid for leather pants nothing turns up, hope they go broke awful 😞 experience

It is a scam. I realised it is the same fraudsters from another site veriko. They are the same, they steal photos from other websites and sell them at cheap prices but they send out complete different products which you will be shocked upon receiving and they do not do refunds even they claim they do. When I ask for return, they simply sent a return address in China which is fake with a fake number. My return courier eventually returned the item to me after two months of failed delivery. Their tactic is to delay your time so it goes past your credit card 90 day charge back. What I suggest you do is simply call your bank and don’t even bother to go thru this vendor s support. Just claim as a fraud and screenshots what you ordered (order confirm page - make sure u print a pdf with images) and photos of products you received. The bank will see it’s a fraud and instantly charge back. This vendor is from China and operates many similar sites. Very disgraceful.

They don’t deserve 1 start more of half a star. I’m trying to send my 2 item back and they’re not responding which is really bad. I sent another email saying that I’m willing to buy the same time just different size I just need my money back for the first purchase. What’s going on Incerunmen!!!

Cheap fabric and overprices . Dont buy .

Well, I haven't bought from this place, but was concidering it until I found myself on one of their pictures with my own clothes from a small and private company from Tulum... Incerunmen is definately a scam!!! Whatever they can deliver it is NOT the same garment.

They 5 pieces I ordered quite fast but the quality was horrible and the cuts were even worse! I measure everything and ordered according to their size chart and everytime was so illfitting. Do no order there the quality is so cheap. You money is better spend anywhere else!

So i ordered stuff from them about a year ago now and I haven’t received my package or a refund after I’ve emailed them and then got ghosted. So do not shop here it’s a scam in China

A complete SCAM avoid!!! I placed an order , having created an account. Shortly thereafter they sent a confirmation saying my order was shipped. When I took the link to see where the order was, it gave an error, no such page existed. After several attempts I went to my oriinal order on their site to see if I could get more information but....my account had been deleted and no such order number existed. I tried to email them and guess what??? Yep, not able to deliver the email. Good luck with sending any email to incerunmen.com!

Require you to pay for returns even if the fit is too large or baggy. They will only pay for returns if there is a quality issue.

Worst company ever ! I tried to order some items one month ago and I didn’t receive them yet . I contacted with them and they said that I have to wait extra 10 working days to investigate. In the meantime I asked my refund and they are not responding !

Similar experience as many others. Was not given order confirmation for weeks. However I did receive my sweater, but the fabrics are two different colors of white. The base layer is very yellowish-white compared to yarn frills at the outseams. Not at all like it was portrayed. And the fabric quality does not make up for it either. It is quite poor and uncomfortable

I'm giving them 2 stars rather than 1 because they eventually agreed to refund me.

My order with them was placed in late November last year. The tracking code never worked and by January, it still hadn't come.

First they asked me to wait a little while longer, which I did, then I started asking for a refund.

They did refund me eventually, after 2 weeks of back and forth, when I told them I would take the following actions:
- Report them to my bank for fraud
- Ask my bank to block them from the UK payment network
- Report them to Instagram and Meta for fraud
- Ask Meta to block them from their ads platform
- Pursue them for damages under UK consumer law

There's little doubt in my mind that these people are scammers doing just enough to avoid getting shut down for good.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ON THIS WEBSITE - I AM PRETTY SURE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
I bought some clothes on January 15th, but today is February 16th and I have not received any tracking code, I do not know where my clothes are and worst I could lose my money. They do not answer any of my emails. I am going to consult my lawyer to sue the company for moral damages - THIS WILL BE HUGE! I do not have anything to lose. I have already lost 250 USD. WORST CLOTHES STORE EVER.

This happens all all the time with these company’s .. face book should change their policy before letting shyster company’s take peoples money without any recourse when we have been ripped off ..

I placed an order and waited almost a month before receiving confirmation that my order has been processed. Being patient, I waited another month to receive tracking or delivery info, just to get a notification saying “your order has been cancelled”. I tried reaching out to their customer service but to no avail I eventually had submit a claim through PayPal to get a refund.

Everything we’ve gotten has been spot on and really nice quality for the price. Yes you need to wait about 20 days to get your order, but we’ve ordered twice and have been super happy with our purchase!

Their supposed return policy is a joke. You have to get a return label from them, but they don't respond to emails. TOTAL Scam.

Don’t order from this company. If your items doesn’t fit they won’t return your money nor will they respond. I am out of $85.

If I could give negative numbers I would. Pathetic company that takes 6 weeks to reply to an email.
Clothing is cheap and nasty and actually don’t match the pictures.
