I bought a textured hardshell for my MacBook Pro 16. It fits well and although clearly plastic, it looks and feels a bit like linen on the surface. This gives the case a grippy surface which I find re... See more

Not worth the price

I bought a transparent case from the Mac Store. I trusted that it was a good product as it’s the one Mac stocks and was not cheap. This is not worth the money. I guess they did not give any elasticity to the material, it cracks easily. I had to replace it since it look terrible. It was cracked in so many places. It also didn’t do a good job at projecting the computer. I have now a corner of the laptop damaged. Really not worth the price. A cheap case would give the same protection

Shabby Quality

I purchased a hardshell case for my MacBook. The fitting felt great and looked good on the MacBook. However, the flaw is that the material isn’t tough enough. You could easily crack these plastic ‘Hardshell’ cases when putting it on. Within a few weeks of wear a small crack appeared. I would say I take particular care of my stuff, always being overly careful. No matter how I handled my MacBook with this case on, I would find chips of the plastic shell fall off randomly.

Incase replaced it under warranty, but not without making a big deal, even going as far as requesting the broken one be returned, after I had sent photographs of proof. The value of this item to me should be set at $5, not the prices they charge.

Furthermore, the replacement came and I was given a different color (customer service couldn't careless) I put it on, and within a month cracks appeared again.

Here's how Incase operate - even when I posted a review of the case on their website, it was removed. Sums up my experience with this shabby brand!
