If I could give zero stars I would!!
If I could give zero stars I would, I purchased a phone case and it was faulty, I contacted their customer service and after many weeks I got a reply saying they would send a replacement, I said I would prefer a refund not a replacement as clearly their phone cases aren’t of very good quality and I never ever got a reply!!!! that was well and truly over a year ago, not good customer service at all and I wouldn’t recommend their products and their customer service is rubbish!!
Do NOT BUY - Incase Edge Hardshell Case for MacBook - Poor Quality became brittle & cracked within 12 months. No warranty support provided by InCase
Purchased an Incase Edge Hardshell Case for a MacBook Air from Apple Sydney in January 2025 for approximately A$80. The case became brittle and began cracking around the corners under normal school use within the first year, and progressively worsened over time.
I contacted Incase Support and provided photos and proof of purchase, however the claim was declined because I contacted them after the 1-year warranty period, despite the cracking beginning well within 12 months and progressively worsening thereafter. I also raised Australian Consumer Law concerns regarding durability and acceptable quality but received no meaningful consideration of those points. Apple advised me to contact the manufacturer directly, which I did, however no assistance was provided.
Disappointing experience for a product marketed as a protective MacBook case, and purchased from an Apple Store. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another Incase hardshell case in future. Other comparable products we have used have shown significantly better durability under normal use.

I bought a product from Incase in Australia. It turned out to be faulty, which their own support team admitted.
They told me there was no stock and asked me to wait. That was over half a year ago.
For the last 4 months, their support team (based in the US) has completely stopped responding to my emails. No updates, no resolution, no communication.
Zero accountability. I would not recommend buying from Incase unless you're prepared to be ignored if something goes wrong.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered a hardshell case from Apple with a new MacBook and realised that it was bending my screen. Apple fobbed me off to Incase, who were quick to admit that this shouldn’t be happening and offered to replace it. Turns out it was out of stock, but after waiting for ages I decided this was too long and felt like this may be more of a bigger issue with the cases and not just a faulty one, and so I managed to receive a coupon for the value instead as I no longer wanted the case again. I spent this on a bag instead. Waited weeks without receiving it or any updates. I’ve questioned several times and been told that it is a shipping issue but no insight to any resolution. It’s now almost 5 months later and they’ve made no attempt to resolve this. Wouldn’t provide a refund. Feel like I’ve been played. I thought I could trust Incase as a provider given that Apple was selling their product. Also, the case is still out of stock this entire time as well. So I can only guess that they’ve realised there’s been a huge mess up with the cases warping the new MacBook Air and they’re avoiding the consequences and stringing people along.
Order delayed over a month - terrible customer service
I placed an order for a Macbook case on 12/25/25, with three-day shipping. I received no communication from InCase until I reached out *three weeks later* to inquire about the delay in my order. I was then told that the product was out of stock, and it would take between 2 weeks to 2 months for it to restock. For the delay and inconvenience, I was offered 20% off the order, or a refund and 20% off a future order. I responded, requesting the refund and coupon. This email went unacknowledged.
10 days later, I emailed again when I saw that the product was in stock - I was then informed that my order was in process and would shortly be shipped, and that a 20% refund would be processed following shipment. The case arrived 2/9/26 and the 20% refund was not provided.
I also intentionally ordered via the InCase website to avoid purchasing via Amazon, only to see upon arrival that the product was in fact delivered via Amazon. I am deeply frustrated and feel I was lied to by InCase at multiple instances throughout the process from purchase to delivery. I was a repeat customer, but I will never order from InCase again.
Warranty Coupon That's Impossible to Use – 3+ Months of Runaround
I purchased an Incase Edge Hardshell Case for my MacBook Pro 16" through Apple. After the case cracked, Apple referred me to Incase for the warranty claim.
In October 2025, Incase support confirmed my claim and issued a coupon code. Sounds good, right? Here's where it falls apart:
The product was unavailable for weeks. When it finally came back in stock, I couldn't order because their checkout only ships to the USA – even though I'm in Germany and received an "EMEA" warranty coupon. I contacted support again and was promised a fix within 10 days. That didn't happen. The product went unavailable again. Now, in late January 2026, it's back in stock – and I still can't order because international shipping is still not available.
Over three months of waiting, multiple support contacts, and zero resolution. The coupon is worthless if I can't actually use it.
I feel completely strung along. At this point, I'm escalating to Apple directly and warning others: if you're outside the US and need warranty support from Incase, think twice. Their system simply doesn't work for international customers.
I bought a backpack
I bought a backpack, and there was a fault. I checked the website and it clearly stated that they offer lifetime warranty on backpacks. I emailed support with link to webpage, to receive a email back from customer service saying that the link is '404 not found' and they don't offer this. The reason it was "404 not found" is because they changed it on the back-end immediately after my email. Basically, the outcome was that they DON'T offer (all of a sudden) lifetime warranty on their backpacks. Fortunately for me the Google SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) website page overview takes a while to calibrate to any developer changes, and it CLEARLY states that Incase indeed do offer lifetime warranty on their backpacks.
Shady and shitty customer experience - won't be shopping with them again!!! Shame, as despite the zip fault I love the bags!!
dont make any order
I heard incase took over the designs…
I heard incase took over the designs for the 600 Microsoft keyboard. placed an order, for weeks,
since the 24th of july, they keep telling me some story about they had problem with their shipping system, and using a back up, to go through orders,. whatever order they came in.
though they've replied to me in decent manner, but i asked for a refund, and im awaiting on that reply now.
They'll take money and ship nothing!
I ordered a backpack from this site on 24/08/2025 and haven't received anything as of 14/8/2025. I've chased multiple times just to be told there is a slight delay and was offered 20% off if I cancelled my order and ordered again but I would be put to the back of the queue.
I chased again today and they immediately cancelled my order without asking! So now I'm at the back of the queue. I was a loyal customer but I'll never buy one again now.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Do not order from this company If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering- lesson learned I suppose. Do not order from this company. Money went to them but nothing received at all. No communication or reply to my emails.
Do not buy, this is a scam
No order received not any response to emails or reaching out on socials. I don’t event believe the business is functioning. It seems like they are taking orders and not fulfilling them. So now I have no order and no option of a refund since they do not respond on anything. Do not buy from them it is a Total scam

Looks good so far
I bought a textured hardshell for my MacBook Pro 16. It fits well and although clearly plastic, it looks and feels a bit like linen on the surface. This gives the case a grippy surface which I find reassuring. I have read the other reviews on this site but so far the shell is holding up well and I really like the look of it.

Extremely hard to get support or contact for an incorrect shipped item. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't got a response at all, I've contacted multiple contact addresses globally, because the one in Australia hasn't contacted me back.
Hope to never engage with this brand again.

Good customer care
It was a shame the original product let me down, but I was happy and satisfied with the quality of customer service I received from Incase, and how quickly they responded. I did need to provide images of the faulty product but that's fair enough, and they were quick to organise a replacement for me.
5 star for the look but no stars for the material
I will not purchase this incase anymore it might look pretty but I already replaced one and the second one also cracked and I am very carful with my Mac and no one uses it but me so I am very disappointed.
