Thanks for to [name], [name], Last year I applied for a visa extension but my solicitor Chodary Munshaat white-chapel. I don't know what he done in my visa appeal and what he written to Home office and they gave me hearing date December 2014. Even I am living in UK since 2004 and my wife from EU national and he demand me £2000/- to cancel my appeal and resubmit on the behalf of my wife for spouse visa and also tried to show that my marriage is fake even I showed him hospital reports that I am going to be a father and Nikkah and council marriage certificate. The previous extension of my Ancestral Visa in 2009 was a shattering experience with over seven hours with the Home Office.

Late in 2013, I sought to obtain an Indefinite Leave to Remain, as a preliminary step to obtaining a British Citizenship. This time, I realised that help was needed. There are so many twists and turns in the document requirements.
