DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! SCAM

I have never received my order, and despite emailing multiple times to request a refund, I am constantly met with excuses from the financial department. After two months of back-and-forth with no resolution, I am now in the process of taking legal action. The company has been giving me the runaround, and my order still has not been delivered. Emma from customer service has been particularly unhelpful, consistently failing to resolve the issue and promising updates that never materialize. It has been two months, and there has been no progress. I strongly advise against ordering from this company as their practices are highly questionable.

This entire site is counterfeit goods

This entire site is counterfeit goods. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
I can say this with complete conviction because I am the sole exclusive UK distributor for some of these brands on this site, and this company is not a customer. I have examined the frames and cases and both are cheap imitation fake goods. They have stolen photos from my personal social media accounts of my home, including my garden and family members wearing the real glasses to use on their website without my permission. I have reported this site to the police for breach of GDPR and the sale of fake goods,, the Trading Standards Authority for misrepresentation of goods, and HM Customs & Excise. The owners of this business are conning gullible consumers out of hundreds of pounds for cheap imitations of designer glasses costing a couple of dollars made in China.

Really unimpressed

Really unimpressed. I still haven’t received my order after over a week with no concrete response from them on how it is going to be resolved. I would not recommend at all. I have contacted them several times and only receive a wishy-washy response. I have also requested a re-fund due to the length of time the order has taken and I haven’t had a response.

Scam

I am extremely disappointed with FramesLuxx's customer service and their handling of my return and refund. I ordered a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses for £150 and opted for next-day delivery, which was fulfilled promptly. However, my experience took a nosedive from there.
After trying the sunglasses, I decided to return them and did so via Royal Mail recorded delivery. The parcel was received and signed for by a Luxxframe employee on 29th May, as confirmed by Royal Mail's track and trace service, which even provided a photo of the person who received the package.
Despite this, I have not received any communication or a refund from FramesLuxx since 29th May. It has been nearly a month, and my multiple attempts to contact their customer service have gone unanswered. This level of negligence and lack of communication is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to offer premium products and services.
I expected a seamless return and refund process, but instead, I am left frustrated and out of pocket. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from FramesLuxx. Their after-sales service is abysmal, and they clearly do not value their customers.
Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. FramesLuxx has lost my trust and my business. Feel free to adjust the review to better match your tone and any additional details you might want to include.

Sadly FAKE TF Sunglasses!

The TF sunglasses arrived very quickly but sadly were Fake as my brother has an original pair of the same model sunglasses. The box and the case were both Original. They were unreachable on the Mobile number supplied as the only contact number as I did not know where to send them back to, they did however reply to my email the following day. The refund was processed in a timely manner as communicated on the email received by them after they received the returned sunglasses.

Seems moot since their site is down but…

Seems moot since their site is down but I bought 5 pairs of glasses from these guys. All fake, Cartiers were obviously fake, I had the dita's confirmed fake by the London store. They never denied this when I emailed them and instead said it was due to sourcing issues. I sent them back and they only partially refunded me, Going the legal route now and also via my credit card company. They should be thrown in jail. Counterfeit goods fund drugs and slavery. I'm sure they'll still try to defend themselves on here but fake items are fake items. You can't argue with that. Shop has been closed by Shopify which is validation enough. If you've purchased from them I can assure you the item isn't authentic and you should contact your bank for a refund.

It is my belief that the glasses I received were not authentic

** Update to initial review ** Luxxframes have responded below and my response is as follows: I didn’t go to them directly with these claims because I wanted my money back and to have nothing further to do with them. I can screenshot account info to prove purchase and refund if that is necessary or possible on this review page. I also have photographs of every part of the glasses I was sent including delivery information and a photograph of the package returned to them along with my email confirming the order, so the claim that I am not a real customer is just untrue.

I understand the rule if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so I’m more frustrated with myself for purchasing. I have a genuine pair of sunglasses from the same brand and whilst these are a “good” copy, a copy nevertheless. Unfortunately for whoever made them they have used a poor imitation of printing along the inside arm of the glasses and used the accent on the brand name of glasses produced after this was removed. The writing is also in a small white print whereas the original is in a bold gold print. Additionally the original inside arms have the dimensions of the frames printed, also in gold. This information is omitted and what is there is also printed in a small white font. The cleaning cloth was also a big giveaway (same “old” badly printed logo) as was the fact there was no authenticating booklet/care guide. The box was pretty good but the gold brand name on the front of the case wasn’t sharp enough on the print. The logos on the outside arm of the glasses are also good but not right. Feel silly for falling for it but will be returning for a refund. Have emailed company and as yet no response. Don’t want to pursue this through my credit card company so hopefully they will honourably refund me. It does state free returns but will be paying for a tracked service to ensure they are received back. Disappointed the experience has actually cost me money and now I know the same pair could have been purchased from a well known Chinese website for around £15.
Trust Pilot have made me remove words that categorically state the item to not be genuine despite this being my belief.

The reason why you were told to remove these words is because you’re making false claims. If you’re a genuine customer then someone from our team would of got back to you within a couple of hours to resolve any issues that you had.

The glasses I bought from them are…

Bought their glasses and got them third party authenticated. Will not be purchasing again in the future. The company tried to claim that my specific glasses were genuine multiple times when the report says otherwise.

4 pairs and counting

My husband and I have bought 3 pairs of Dita sunglasses and one pair of Cartier sunglasses between us over the past 2 weeks and I’m absolutely delighted with the service.
They arrived extremely quickly and I cannot fault the company at all.
The glasses are genuine and we made huge savings compared to the cost with other providers on line.
I will definitely be buying from this company again.
Thank you 😊
