The ICE staff were great and Monaco is always a good place to visit, BUT the hospitality at the tennis was the worst we have ever experienced, anywhere! Tables crammed together in a passage way, we could hardly get to or from our tables, could not get served, and the waiters could not even clear our plates, which is fine as I did not want to eat a seafood starter that had been sitting on the table for sometime before we arrived. We found it claustrophobic, with no view, no room to move, and occasional smell of the toilets, just awful.
Also, I wish ICE would just make an expensive trip slightly more expensive, and book business class flights and decent transfers.
I do not think we will be booking any more overseas trips with ICE.

We were booked into the Gulf Hotel understanding it to be a 5star hotel when we arrive it was actually a 4 star and to be honest it should be rated as a 3 star, it was built in 1969 and was very tired, We also flu with Gulf Air who have a Trustpilot rating of 1.6 just shows how bad they were, there was no Tea or Coffee available on the flight, at least Ryan Air has a higher rating, To me if they are charging top dollar then we should expect a lot better than this.

Hotel excellent.Hospitality tickets for racing disappointing.Not a good view from section of grandstand.Too many people for food and beverages.(No seating available,drinks ran out)
Have previously discussed frustration at not being able to upgrade to business or premium economy seats

Be careful - pretty unscrupulous and uncaring, tried to charge me £7500 per head for just tickets for US Open which I have since secure for a fraction of this price !
Imperial took my commemts seriously and investigated the issue and have agreed - " the individual will receive re-training" I am going to upgrde the review to 2 stars as a result

A great event, epic racing and so much more to do at the venue, a fabulous table in the Platinum suite, amazing hospitality, good food, drink and well organised to get in an out. We’ll be back next year.

Really disappointed with the service - Turned up at the event to find that the promise of provided food and drink was not the case. We hugely overpaid for our tickets when chatting with other people in the box we shared. No one from Imperial was there to host either - Won't be using Imperial again.

We had a great trip to Paris for Valentines Day, meeting superb people and indulging in lots of champagne and laughter. The show at the Moulin Rouge was superb and our table was next to the stage, giving a brilliant view.
