It was delivered very rapidly. The dosage is great for the low price. Children love the taste. There is no smell that would repulse so they take it often and it seems to be of a good quality.

I don't recommand this site
I ordered Zinzino balance oil twice from your web Immunitas and never got measurement cup with my order. Then I ordered the third bottle from another company (Flexity), and without asking them, I got Zinzino measurment cup as part of my order. Why didn't you send me one, since Zinzino obviously thought it and included it? Never will buy anything from your site for sure.

We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed and we absolutely understand how this situation may have been confusing.
Just to clarify: on our webshop, the Zinzino measuring cup is offered as a separate item, available for €1.50, as clearly listed. The BalanceOil+ itself is priced at €58.00, so when both are added together, the total comes to €59.50.
The website you mentioned (Flexity) does include the measuring cup by default — however, their total price for the oil is €59.60, meaning the cost of the measuring cup is actually already built into the product price, just not shown as a separate item.
In the end, the price difference is marginal and essentially reflects the same product + cup combination. We choose to separate them so that returning customers who already have a cup don’t need to pay for one again unless they want to.
We hope this explanation clears things up, and we’re sorry again for any misunderstanding. If there’s anything else we can help with, feel free to reach out anytime.
