2 months ago i bought a parfum from marabika, Tull niet i did not het IT, even i send a message no answer

I want to let ewery one know that this page is a scam i ordered a fragrance like 2 momths from now and it never came i have paid the money but i didn’t receive anything i emailed them and they never replayd back

I don't think I've ever posted here, but given the ratings it has, I feel compelled to share my experience.
In my case, this is my second purchase and I couldn't be happier. Okay, the shipping wasn't particularly fast, but everything else was perfect. Original perfume, very good price, and they even gave me another perfume and a polo shirt! 10/10 for them.

I would give 0 stars if possible.
Just making sure everyone gets to know well this fishy business.
I made an order with 5 fragrances. One of them and the main reason I placed the order was named "fragrance world night club absolute". Unfortunately, they did send another item which is named similar "fragrance world night club" and it's not what I ordered. When I contacted them:
1. First they tried to convince me that the item is very similar and it's ok like that (wow thanks!)
2. After that when I told them it's a different product they offered 50% refund even though I told that I need the item i ordered and not something else. I refused and urged them to find a working solution to get the item i paid for not what they want to sell to me.
3. After 24 hours they came back with a 10% coupon for my next purchase with them, which clearly will never happen. As you understand this is a clear case of an unprofessional seller who don't want to take responsibility for his own fault. I already lost 2 days trying to get to some acceptable solution, in order to get what i payed for but it's hopeless to deal with people like this.
Thankfully I payed with PayPal and it will get sorted one way or another.
You have been warned.
This type of 'sellers' should cease to exist.

Answer to the company:
Yes errors happens but why should I pay for something I don't need? It was you who shipped the wrong item, remember?
Yes I ll keep the item if you don't come and get it. You can't ask me to get to the post office and lose more money and time because of your fault. Get some shipping company to come and get it. Your behavior is outrageous from the 1st moment you avoid accepting your total failure and trying to convince me to keep something I don't want. I'm not a 10yo to do as you wish. Try acting like professionals for a change, I told you I want the item i ordered not to keep what YOU want.
Imagine what a good picture a potential buyer is making with this story? You don't want to accept your error and we're debating about 25 euros, that says it all for your methods.
You must be some kind of Uber troll offering me as a final solution a 10% discount for my next purchase after all this mess you created.

Update: Paypal decided in my favor within 3/4 hours. I got a full refund. My review here will not change no matter whatsoever. These people expect from the buyers to "show understanding because human mistakes happen". Well of course they happen, but make sure you don't expect from your buyers to "chip in" for your mistakes.
So quit the drama, take full responsibility for your mistakes and start being professional, respect your paying customers.

Update2: Yes paypal forced you to refund. The other option was to close your paypal account.

This is my second time buying from Marabika.Beautiful and unique scents, that are long lasting, at affordable prices. Delivery time was normal time frame. I would definitely recommend Marabika!

Never, never order from this site!!! I made an order, paid by bank transfer, there was suspicious silence from the service, I wrote to the email address for a week, there was no response. A week later my order was cancelled without my consent, it is impossible to return the money, since no one answers me. Just shocked.. I will file documents in court, there is no other way to connect with the service.

I didn’t trust it at first so I just ordered 1 perfume and everything went very well. Didn’t get an track&trace but it was here very fast and I like the parfums. So I think it’s a trustworthy company!

Nothing to complain. I got everything that i ordered. I even had one candy as an extra

I had typed the wrong phone number so I didn’t know where the shipment was.
Contacted customer service on their Instagram account and they helped me track the package for me to collect

Perfumes were 10/10

I am disappointed in the customer service of this company. My perfume bottle leaked upon arrival, and it took an eternity to receive a response to my complaint. The communication was slow and unhelpful. I had hoped for a quick resolution, but unfortunately, that was not the case we are now 2 weeks later…. Hopefully, the customer service of this company improves in the future so that other customers do not have the same experience.

I had written a wrong email when i ordered. Therefore, i didn’t get any order confirmation. I then sent an email the same day and got one back in just a few hours. Everything was fixed then. The order itself came safely and perfectly!!🤩

I did my order based on their paid advertisement online. Perfumes turned out to be cheap quality and smelling like cheap market perfume. The home scent I ordered doesn’t even have aroma. In stead of giving nice baccarat smell to my bathroom it just give oily sticks without any smell. When I contacted the costumer service to return my order because it didn’t match the description, they didn’t even answer to my emails.

Placed order and paid same day by wire. Received order confirmation by email and 1 day later confirmation of dispatch. Product arrived, no problems.

Ordered a fragrance online. Got a mail that my order still wasnt finalised. Sent them a mail + receipts. After 2 weeks I still didnt get a reply back, even after a second mail. They can keep the €30,00. Looks like they need it more than I do.

I ordered a 3ML sample from them of Qaef Al Fursan Unlimited along with a big one of Baccarat Rouge. The samples smelled old and musty to me, so I wanted to write a review on the site about it. I've tried it 3 times already and it won't let me upload the negative review. This site is not transparent and honest such a shame. Because I think that they do have great perfumes.
