Excellent communications and what felt like personal service. The books I ordered for grandchildren were amazing.. so much detail.. the youngest couldn’t believe he had his photo in a book.. it was incredible to watch their faces. I would highly recommend this company and the process was very easy, using photos from my phone. Just leave enough time for the process as they are immaculately finished - not mass produced. Great books!
I love the variety of books to select from. How well they fit the child's face into the story. My grandchild absolutely loved it! I'd buy again.
My only change, I wish I'd spent the small extra amount to get it in hardback. It's so wonderful, I never want it to get bent.

When I first saw your ads on Facebook, I'll have to admit I was pretty skeptical. It seems like anymore, you first have to ask yourself if a company is legitimate before saying yes. My skepticism was unwarranted and I'll be the first to admit it. I ordered two books for my granddaughters and was worried one wouldn't make it in time. I wrote the company and had immediate response from them. Both books arrived on time and I couldn't be happier with the quality. My grandbabies will have a forever keepsake and I'm so glad I set my worries aside.
