I love Snob at Budleigh

I love Snob at Budleigh, whenever I go into the shop I always find something I love. So this time a dress for my brothers wedding, it’s a beach wedding so needed to be glam, floaty and elegant and I found the perfect dress thanks 😊

I've purchased 6 items from this store

I've purchased 6 items from this store. 4 of them were faulty. After I had a chat with someone from the store, she said I should return 2 of them on my own cost and she will then refund the postage. Until today she didn't refund the postage. No I wouldn't recommend this store

I am sorry you have feel you have received bad service from us. You did send me photos of the items you claimed were faulty. I immediately sent you back items to replace (even though we had not received back the faulty items), you then decided to keep items if i gave you a discount on them. I have done so and it was done immediately. Please go back to your records and double check. Bearing in mind we have communicated extensively on email i am surprised you are now using this platform to complain.

SNOB in Budleigh is my favourite shop…

SNOB in Budleigh is my favourite shop anywhere! Even though I’ve moved a bit further away than before, I still visit as regularly as I can. The clothes are right up my street - funky, colourful and fun and I’m no spring chicken! 🤣 The assistants are so helpful and advise what colours and shapes suit you best. Of course I spend too much when I visit but I don’t shop elsewhere much so I treat myself at SNOB.
