These lights are beautiful the effect…

These lights are beautiful the effect when lit are stunning. I can’t wait for the dark nights again. I have also bought coloured bulbs which are effective and gives you different options. They were a bit fiddly to put up but worth the effort.

Be very very careful cheap materials…

Be very very careful cheap materials plastic not glass I have seen other makes since that are much better quality no wiring diagrams which my qualified electrician asked for just to be on the safe side arrived 7 weeks late even though they said they were in stock , their returns policy is an absolute rip off !!!asked for a refund told I’d have to pay postage and wait 3 weeks while they assess my claims and also a 10 percent handling charge PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!

We are sorry you feel this way. However, every light comes with full assembly instructions. You yourself are not ment to wire the light into the mains, this needs to be done by a qualified electrician.

We only use the best quality materials for our lights. If you shop elsewhere you'll now see the difference in quality. Our lights have been used many high quality hotels, resturants and private residences.

Took over a month and a few phone calls…

Took over a month and a few phone calls to finally get the lamp shade. The product itself looks cheap and is badly made from plastic. Granted, they don’t specify the material on their site and I assumed it was glass but that doesn’t take away from the very obvious flaws of the mould used. Will not be ordering from here again.

Sorry you feel this way. However with this particular item, the glass version is actually cheaper and has a huge molding seem through the middle of if. We supply the more expensive acrylic version which not only gives a better effect but is more expensive. You're welcome to purchase the glass version from elsewhere and you'll then understand why our lights are much better quality that what else is out there.

Wrong delivery - incorrect image

Wrong product size delivered. Image used on site lifted from another product and not representative of item. Unlikely the item I ordered was in stock when order made and payment taken. Waiting for return collection of incorrect item and full refund. Customer services friendly.

Excellent Quality and Service

Fantastic quality products. Service was 5* too. Even though I had to return a couple of products as they did not suit our environment (our fault really). There was no quibble, just efficient replacements provided. Well done all, iLite will be my first port of call for all future lighting needs.

Avoid!

Terrible delivery times. (Over six weeks.)
Poor quality products compared to website images.
Poor customer service.
Refund promised but doesn’t appear.
Recommend people look at the Facebook reviews - this is a common theme.

Update: partial refund received, but not the second instalment promised. So chasing yet again.

Sorry for feel this way. However most the pictures on our website are actual pictures of the lights in our studio and the remainder are rendered imaging to ensure what you see is what you get.

Your refund was issued on the 1st June, 4 days prior to writing this review.

Great quality lights

Great quality lights, very impressed! As per pictures on the website. Packaged really well for protection during transit and all the process form order to delivery was smooth.

don't pretend items are in stock when…

don't pretend items are in stock when they aren't and make customers wait for months. If customers knew that items are on order then they can make purchase decisions from an informed position.

Please where is my money

Please where is my money? I ordered a light - it was damaged so returned it and whilst they have promised me a refund two weeks ago it has still not arrived! I had to buy another light so I am doubly out of pocket - please return my money to me.

The team have already emailed you back in regards to this, we issued your refund several days ago once the goods arrived back and were inspected, but it can take 3-5 working days for the bank to process it. We also provided you a screenshot of the refund the the email correspondence.

Couldn’t fault the service

Couldn’t fault the service. Seen some bad reviews but ours was the complete opposite and the floor lamp arrived within a couple of days! Would use again.

Awful service

Awful service
Product turned up 6 months late despite constant promises it was on way
When arrived a number of the glass rods for the wall pendants were broken!
Still awaiting replacements.
