They cancelled my order and not refunded me and also not replied to my emails absolute joke

Took longer than expected, otherwise all good. 5 stars for the guy who answers the phone. Top man:

I ordered my dickie bow on October 19th, without any communication for 7 days I attempted to call a number of times, when I eventually got through I was Informed that DPD was on strike and it would be sent monday. I eventually received a packaged on October 27th which was the wrong product.

After numerous calls I had a returned call to acknowledge they'd sent the wrong product and was told the correct product would be with me the next day, it was not. It is now November 7th and after numerous calls unanswered I left a voice mail to ask for a refund, if this wasn't filled id call MasterCard and report it. Without any call I receive a refund notification. Absolutely awful service.

Good quality trousers at a reasonable price, however, it was slightly tight on waist so returning it.
Contacted the team for a couple of queries regarding returns and was very helpful.0

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Read Before You Waste Your Time and Money

Ordered a suit at the beginning of March. The trousers were fine, but the blazer was too big - and arrived wrapped in nothing more than a flimsy bit of plastic. No proper packaging or care whatsoever.

I needed this suit for an event two weeks away, so I returned the blazer immediately via first class recorded delivery. Their site clearly states replacement items are sent out within 48 hours. That never happened.

I waited two days. Then three. Then five. It was Friday (I sent it Monday). No updates. No notifications. No blazer.

I called and was told it would arrive Monday. Okay, cutting it fine, but manageable.

Monday – nothing.
Tuesday – still nothing.
I called again at 5pm Tuesday to chase it up.

Their response?
“Oh, we had to order a blazer in that size. It will arrive Thursday, then we’ll send it out.”

Excuse me?
So not only did you lie about when it would arrive, but it wasn’t even in stock when you told me it was on the way?

Because of their delay and total lack of communication, I had to rush out last minute, spend money on a new suit, and pay for alterations to have something ready in time.

So I called and asked for a refund. “No problem,” they said, “just send back the trousers.”

Fine. Posted them the next day, again at my own cost. I'm now £30 down on returns alone.

A week passes - no update, no confirmation. But I’m preparing for my wedding and assume they’re just slow.

Two weeks go by. I call again.
“Sorry - refund will be with you Monday/Tuesday.”

That was two weeks ago.

Still no refund. Still no confirmation.
£300 of mine, still in their pocket.
£30 lost on postage.
And not a single email, call, or message to let me know what’s going on.

All of this happened despite me emailing them early on, making clear how urgent the replacement was - all within their return policy. I followed the process. They failed on every level.

This company has zero communication, zero customer service, and clearly no regard for the people spending good money on their products.

This whole experience was a disaster from start to finish.
Unreliable. Misleading. Unprofessional.

Avoid at all costs.

My friend ordered a few suits for a wedding, including one for my husband. The suits ended up being returned to sender and despite repeatedly contacting them, we have never received a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order. The order and money was taken to then get an email later in the day to say that the website hadn't been updated and it was out of stock

List they have a size of trousers. I pay for them. They take my money. Then email to say thet don't have them in stock. Just say NOT IN STOCK like most websites.

We ordered our suits,which we received very quickly,well packaged and in beautiful suit bags.After trying them on we found a couple of pieces didn’t fit,so after a quick phone call to re order a different size they were dispatched very quickly and fitted beautifully.we have ordered 3 suits and are very pleased with the whole process. After accidently adding an additional item to my transaction I received a phone call to check my mistake, Swift refund for the wrong item and upon fast delivery of the intended suit I couldn't fault the quality.

I was in need of a next day delivered tweed jacket for the races. I'd been round the houses on various websites and found a gorgeous looking jacket I liked on menstweedsuits.com. It was close to 3pm and I couldn't see any options for next day delivery so called up the shop directly. Spoke with a really helpful gent on the other end of the phone who quickly checked stock and told me if I put an order in on the site now, he'd make sure it got to me the next day. It seemed a bit too good to be true, but lo and behold it turned up today just as he said it would. The jacket is top quality and I'm properly impressed with it and the service I received. I'll be back again to shop for sure. Thanks guys.
