I ordered in mid June, it’s now been 8 weeks and I haven’t received anything despite being told in early July that I would get my items the following week. I’ve chased up a couple of times since then but nothing has come of my enquiries. At this point I’m pretty resigned to the fact that I’m not going to receive the clothes I paid for. Wish I’d read these reviews first.

EDIT: Almost three weeks since they responded to this review saying they’d sort it, and still nothing. This is a scam.

Made an order on July the 11th for a single t-shirt and still have yet to receive it. I sent multiple emails asking for updates only to eventually receive one back about a week ago saying my mails had been making their way to the junk folder (yeah right). Joshua then said he'd ship my order out straight away and that he'd upgrade it to tracked as a way of saying sorry. Great ok but it's now over a week later and I still don't have my item and the evri tracking still says they don't have it. Looks really nice stuff but I think they take on way more than they can handle.

The quality of the jumpsuit I purchased was incredible! It's so comfortable and versatile. And it got a load of complimens whenever I've worn it. Definitely planning another purchase

The tops and hoody that I ordered are absolutely amazing and people are always asking where they are from!! The quality is fantastic and the customer service I received was second to none. Would 100% order again!

On 12th June I ordered a single t-shirt through their website and accidentally selected the wrong colour. I sent a quick email to Joshua, who responded immediately and amended my order. Good start…..
Then the wait began…..1 month later, still no sign. So I emailed for a delivery update…..no response.
A few days later, I send another email…..no response.
A few days later and now very frustrated, I emailed asking for an update and advised I would be going to be reporting this If I don’t receive a response and within minutes I receive an email from Joshua asking who I would be reporting it to.
Not bothered about responding to normal enquiries but as soon as they think they will get caught out they are straight on it. I was then promised a reshipped and tracked t-shirt as mine was ‘lost’.
Any guesses what happened next…..NOTHING
Again I emailed and threatened trading standards….suddenly I was refunded. What a waste of time.
I don’t know what is going on with this company but tbh it’s terrible. Awful customer service, unfulfilled orders, lost packages!
Avoid like the plague.

This company confirms orders that they don't actually have the time and resources to complete. They don't respond to email inquiries and only once was I able to speak with someone via chat support, they assured me my order was coming, but that was over a month ago. I placed my order on May 13th 2022 and there hasn't been a single update to it's status beyond the order being confirmed. It is now August 2022. Needless to say I cannot recommend this company due to their non-existent customer service and inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

Edit 8/15/22: It's been two weeks since I responded to the find reviewer request and I still haven't had any correspondence beyond the reply posted here. The original order is still showing only as "confirmed".

Edit 9/17/22: Still absolutely zero communication regarding the status of my order. I gave another month and in that time the status of my order remains "confirmed". I haven't had any shipping details sent to me at all or any communication regarding a delay or even a follow up from whatever interaction is happening here. I have so much bandwidth for BS, but this is really terrible at this point. I'm still willing to accept this package if it ever ships, but I'm thinking a refund will probably be the likely solution here.

Do not buy from them. They don't respond to emails / Dm's and ship sporadically claiming they are a small business etc. which is fine, but then don't sell items you don't have. Still haven't received half my order. Shambles.

Update 02 Aug 2022: I have emailed and messaged the brand via Instagram (direct message and on a post) and they ignore my messages. They seem to be very quick to respond to my Truspilot review which says it all. Still haven't received anything. Please respond to my emails / DM's so we can sort this out.

I cant say what the quality of the item i paid for 45 days ago is like… because it still hasn’t arrived.
I emailed when it came to one month of waiting, when I got a reply a few days later i was told they were waiting on supplies, and my item ( a t-shirt that I bought for a festival which is now past) would be posted by the end of the month. We are of course now into another month… with no item, and no update. Yet I still get sales emails inviting me to shop again! No thanks IIMV.. if you can’t keep up with orders you shouldn’t take peoples money. I won’t shop with you again, and would advise others not to either. *update.. i gave up waiting after 5 weeks and reported to paypal that my item hadnt been sent. Paypal refunded my money, it took IIMV clothing over a month after this to even mention that the issue was 'now resolved'... i.e, that they never sent it, and paypal had to refund me. Shocking really. Avoid.

Waited months didn't receive anything, contacted the seller on multiple platforms rarely got a response but when I did was some bs reply. Finally got them to act but still only sent half the order with no explanation why the other half wasn't coming. Still having to message constantly for the other half to be delivered. Definitely will not be buying with them again and suggest others think twice.

In March, I inquired about a sale via email and received an immediate response, providing details about the upcoming sale. I proceeded to order a hoodie on March 17th and patiently awaited its arrival until April 17th. Despite sending emails on both April 17th and 22nd seeking updates, no communication followed. Strangely, I continued to receive subscription emails about ongoing sales, raising concerns about their ability to handle my single hoodie order while actively pursuing more sales.

I would have appreciated transparency, such as information about potential delays if they were awaiting a shipment from China. Unfortunately, no communication was provided. Frustrated by the lack of updates, I resorted to opening a PayPal case and escalating the matter. Currently awaiting a refund.

For those considering an order, I recommend using Etsy rather than the official website. Through Etsy, there is a higher likelihood of holding them accountable and ensuring order fulfillment, as evident in their more responsive handling of issues on that platform.

Their shirt quality is excellent! I've only bought one of the designs so far and I'm in love with it. I'll definitely be filling my wardrobes with more!

It seems to be a game of luck: my partner and me ordered almost the exact same products on the same day December 2021 and while he got his products delivered and his happy with them, I never received mine and have a very bad experience regarding communication with this shop. Several attempts of contact from my side were ignored (website, e-mail, instagram, etc) and only until I opened a case at PayPal they answered to tell me that supposedly the item was sent back because of unpaid customs (I never received it!) and they would resend it. This was yet another month ago and they never resent it or offered me a refund. What a shame, as the products are quite nice. Joshua, why don't you just get some employees if your work is becoming overwhelming!? Can't recommend unless they deal with these apparently recurring issues.

Unfortunately a very bad experience: the product never arrived, despite having ordered last year. The company claims they would follow up with a new item but has yet (since two more months) followed up with any of my attempts to contact them through email and their website. There was no additional shipping information given for the "new" item and it still has yet to arrive. All I want is a refund, and yet still there is no contact...

I ordered a few items around the beginning of September. I did not get any update on it shipping and checked on it in the middle of November. I was told it would ship the next day and got an email a week later saying it shipped. It is now February and I did not receive anything. The customer support is not good. Essentially they took like $100 from me. It's not the end of the world but I would recommend not purchasing anything from them.
*Update* The product arrived in a badly damaged bag but appears ok

Quick turnaround, especially since it was UK to US. Came a lot faster than I anticipated. I have 4 shirts from them and they're quality. My partner loves the shirts from them too. Definitely would order more from them. They're also nice and provide great service as well.

Seller was phenomenal! Great customer service and the product I received was well-made and exactly what I wanted! I will absolutely be buying from them again!

I ordered a custom hoodie - I wanted a specific design on a specific color hoodie. The seller listened and was able to match exactly what I was looking for.
Seller was also incredibly patient and professional! I had a lot of questions about the shipping process and they kept me up to date with timing and answered everything I had asked!

Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase!
