I waited 4 months, from Sept 2022 to Jan 2023 to recieve just 2 t-shirts. I pmed and emailed them multiple times but no answer or shipping updates. In the end I went through paypal to get a refund, only then did my t-shirts suddenly turn up!
I was not impressed when they finally arrived, the print design was not even central, and the print was slightly worn too!
Avoid, definitely not worth a 4 month wait.

I ordered two items over 2 months ago and I've had no updates, nothing. I've tried to get in contact with the store many times with different methods and no response at all. My order number is 13115, for whatever good that will do.

I ordered in June and they still haven't sent out my order. I've waited months now, asked for updates a few times and finally just requested to have my money back but this has been ignored over instagram message, comments and email. They have also actually deleted all the comments of people asking where their orders are off their posts. Order #12834, I'd like my money back.

Would give zero stars if possible

I made an order back in August and after many contact attempts over multiple social media pages and email I have not heard from them since October and have still not received my order.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a sweatshirt from their website in August and I still haven't received it. I did get in touch a few weeks after placing the order to ask if my order will be dispatched anytime soon and they said may be early October but I still haven't received it and they haven't replied to my email from 2-3 weeks ago requesting a refund.

Avoid at all costs. Appalling service and communications.

I assumed the negative reviews were just a few unlucky souls, and stupidly placed an order. I was wrong.

I ordered 10 weeks ago at time of writing, and am yet to receive my item.

The confirmation email said it would be an 8 week turnaround (which is already far too long), but I was willing to wait to support a small business.
I emailed at 8 weeks, and got no response. When I mentioned this on Social Media, they were very quick to respond inviting me to send another email. I did, and another week has passed without any response, or items being delivered. They're very quick to respond publicly, but won't reply to emails.

You've already taken my money, don't waste my time too.

Also don't believe when the senders say they'll sort it - they won't. Your emails and messages will be ignored.

They talk about reducing adverts, but had the absolute audacity to email me TWICE offering me discounts for purchasing again. Disgusting.

If the item isn't received within another week or so I'll raise it with Trading Standards.

I genuinely believe this is some sort of scam - avoid.

Edit: 16ish weeks later, I finally got a refund after requesting several times. Never got the item. No apologies, and it was refunded as an item that was "missing". It wasn't missing, it was never sent.

I don't know if this is a scam, or a business that just simply doesn't care. Either way, spend your money elsewhere.
I want to support small businesses, but I'm not sure this is that one.

I made quite a pricey order with this company back in August as I loved the look of their clothes.
I'm a patient person, and I felt for the company as they are a small team so I waited over the estimated time before contacting them.
The first time I emailed they responded very quickly and I felt more reassured, despite the poor reviews on here. Two further weeks went by, and now I'm getting no response.
They made an instagram post about 'stopping adverts' to decrease demand - but I note emails are still going out offering % off orders.

I would avoid this company at all costs. I have found them to be very unreliable and customer care is very poor.

Ordered a hoodie on the 22/07/22 and have still not received my order. Gave the company the Benefit of the doubt as I can see that they are having issues with fulfilling orders currently and waited till the beginning of October to email. I have emailed the company but have still not received a reply, would just like a reply to know what is going on. I don’t know if it is a courier issue or an issue with the company but either way it is up to the company to insure I get my order and if I will not receive it I am owed a refund. It cannot just be forgotten about.

I ordered two crop tops on 25th July, that was little over two months ago, I was quite excited cause they looked cute and I kept up to date with the social media posts to see what was taking so long, I accepted that it might take a while. Fast forward and they finally get shipped on the 12th September, should have arrived 1-3 days for the UK after shipping but nothing. Its been 4 weeks since then and haven't received anything. I contacted the seller for a refund and they replied it was a courier issue and that they would find out for me, then radio silence from there, I have tried contacting a couple of times after that, nothing. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back in the end. I have never had such a bad experience with a small business before and usually try and support as many as I can but I will never be buying from this place again.

I’m still waiting on my order, placed in September. Still no communication or resolution. I ordered on 9/22, and nothing has happened since. Some communication would be nice. I have messaged them twice, no response, and have emailed, again no response. I am starting to worry that it may be a scam. Just asking for some communication back, to know when to expect my item.

Ive been ignored several times and my items haven't even been seen at all. No communication at all on where my items currently are or what's happening. I've tried to DM them over several months but very little to no response at all.

Waited a month and didn't receive my order, emailed them and got a super quick response. I provided the additional information then stopped receiving any email responses, at this stage I opened a PayPal dispute and messaged them on social media. They responded saying they will send a tracked replacement immediately, no tracking info was given and I still haven't got the item PayPal have refunded me but what a horrendous company!

This is the second order I have placed with iimvclothing and it will be my last. I placed my order the the 16th July. I waited patiently beyond the quoted 4-8 weeks and I’m now coming into week 12. I sent them an email at 10 weeks and I didn’t get a response, so I put a comment on their instagram. I got an instant reply as it was public.
I was promised two weeks ago that a replacement would be made and sent urgently as tracked delivery. I still have not received my order and I have not been sent tracking details. I’ve chased twice via DM and you’ve guessed it, no reply.
I live in the UK and I ordered two items - it shouldn’t take almost 3 months to create the clothing and dispatch within the same country. The lead times are appalling and their lack of consideration for their customers is quite frankly astonishing. Just be transparent if there are personal issues etc and maybe people would be less annoyed. It’s the excuses of missing parcels and promises of fast replacements that is going to cost them business.

Not replying to my messages or following up with a tracking number after promising an urgent replacement is not acceptable. Immediately Replying to poor trustpilot reviews or public comments to put out fires only just shows the state of the business.

Ordered on the 9th June and still not received items ordered or had a response from multiply contact attempts. I understand being a small business and things taking longer but finding it a bit ridiculous now. Should of read the reviews before ordering and could of saved myself the disappointment as items where to be a birthday present which I've now missed. Shame as they looked great on the website.

Update-19.10.22 I've sent the requested information 2 weeks ago and as of yet to hear anything back in regards to what is going on with my order.

Update- 27.11.22 after raising an issue with Klarna on the 15.11.22 finally received an email saying Evri are due to deliver my parcel however they still haven't received it and neither have I. Again ignoring multiply emails from me requesting information.

Really not happy as have been waiting for my items for four months now. Have tried numerous times to contact to get an update on when the delivery will arrive yet when tracking the items are still awaiting fulfillment. Not impressed at all and am now looking for a refund and will not be shopping with this store again.

Still waiting for any action in regards to this and still no form of communication 🤷‍♀️
Also company stated they wouldn't be advertising to focus on orders like mine ..... Still see it allover Facebook 🤷

Waited nearly two months and today i received the shirt after various emails for a tracking number, i gave up and forgot about the tshirt. Very poor quality orange tye dye shirt and thank god i only bought one. Good luck in your future endeavors but tye dye printing is not it for you.

Ordered from them 29/5/22 , still not got my order.
I Got a confirmation email of my order. At this point the website said 3-4 weeks till I’d receive the item. I emailed them via the email stated on there website several times since the 8 week mark as there Instagram now says 6-8 weeks so wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have emailed them through there website form too, Facebook messaged them and Instagram messaged, none have been replied to at any point. They have put up various messages saying there replying to emails over next few days of which each time mine haven’t been answered.

Update- they emailed me back on the 1st august saying they were waiting on my size tshirt and would be with them that week. No communication to me since regarding my order. I have emailed them but had no reply yet.
I was unable to reply to there comments on my last review on here as I couldn’t figure out how to reply- they deleted my last review.

UPDATE- Still no response via email and have asked for a refund now and emailed them to request again…. No response on here either for nearly a week

I’ve been waiting for 3 months for a t-shirt I ordered on 30th May and it still hasn’t been shipped. After the first 6 weeks of waiting I emailed politely and was told it would be shipped early the following week. I waited another 5 weeks before emailing again, and didn’t get a response. I waited another week and have now asked for my money back via both email and online contact form, but have still had no response. I’m upset that I’ve paid hard-earned money for an item I have never received and seem to have been completely forgotten about. It has been 13 weeks now. Looking at some other reviews I’m sure the quality of the products is very good and it looked like a cool t-shirt, but it has been a very frustrating experience and I would just like to have my money back at this stage.

Update: Thanks for your response, I have received my refund today. No worries about sending me a replacement but if it arrives I would like to send payment back to you. Thanks and I hope you get back on track.

Took a few weeks for the items to turn up yea, but the guys are very upfront about that. It’s a growing business. I was happy to wait and it was totally worth it. Excellent quality and everything looks awesome. Will definitely order more

Update: After seeing my review I had an email saying my order would be dispatched next week. That was over 3 weeks ago and still ignoring further emails, so nothing has been resolved. Sadly because of no response it’s also impossible to get a refund (I would rather just get what I ordered!). We are now coming up to 3/4 months since I ordered.

Clothing they offer is good but responses to emails etc very poor. Ordered clothes 2 months ago - emailed a few weeks back asking they change the address on the order and not heard back.

I made an order a year or so ago and had the same experience but the clothes were good so I let it slide. This time it’s too far so this will likely be my last order (if it even arrives)
