Super helpful

Super helpful, super quick to answer.

Had three queries about SIPPS, one more pressing. Got through to someone within a minute and they helped answer all my questions without making me feel daft for my limited knowledge, or that I was against the clock. Thank you Samantha J!

Elisa was very professional

Elisa was very professional, clear, soft spoken, explained things with patience and gave clear guidance. I came off the call happy with set of instructions I understood. I always wondered why I can't u use the app and Elisa explained without me asking the question, that is because I need to read the terms and conditions which are not available on the app.

Great platform and very professional staff …

Adam G was fantastic on the phone and was able to help me with transferring funds from my ii account to my bank account.

He was friendly, professional and got the job done without any hesitation and with it only being his 2nd day working for the company I was highly impressed with his professionalism.
I've been using ii for a year now and I find it a great platform to use for investing and it was recommended to me by a good friend who is a keen investor and has been trading for many years.

Famia quickly resolved an issue with my…

Famia quickly resolved an issue with my ISA account today. I was attempting to transfer cash from my trading account to my ISA account using the ii website. This resulted in an error requiring me to contact the support team. Famia was able to upgrade my ISA account to the current tax year and I was able to proceed with the transfer. Famia explained the upgrade had required manual intervention because I had not added to this ISA account during the previous tax year.

GBP / EUR settlement assistance.

Spoke with Sofia / Saul regarding a GBP / EUR settlement issue which needed resolving. Saul walked me through the process and was clear, concise and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

I had an issue with my ISA account…

I had an issue with my ISA account whilst trying to withdraw some of my money. I called ii and spoke to Chris who sorted out the problem really quickly. Chris also gave me some extra advice which I had not asked for but which was really helpful. Thank you.
