Very good and fast service
Very good and fast service, our logo was initially quite small, so they went above and beyond to create one very similar logo and big enough that we were happy with.

Purchase at your own risk
Purchase at your own risk. Company is either not UK based or source items from abroad. Operates as a UK company with UK website but when it comes to returns you are left with the bill to post returns recorded delivery to Poland. No one tells you this when it comes to purchase. Now I'm stuck with items I don't need as the risk and cost of posting to Poland is not worth it.

This company have taken a payment of…
This company have taken a payment of £367.14 on Sept 6th 2024 for an order of printed tote bags and have claimed they do not have my money. Equally they are refusing to refund despite the fact I have shared a bank statement outlining the transaction. Countless emails later I am still no further on and about to commence fraud proceedings.

Really disappointing
We placed an order in January this year. Not long after we were told that there was going to be a delay and the stock would be arriving in May. This then was pushed back to mid-June and we were promised that delivery would be the end of June. I emailed at the beginning of July to say that we had not yet received the order to be told that it was now pushed back to October. I understand that products are often shipped from abroad, however to have our order pushed back three times is unacceptable. We have now cancelled the order.
