Ignite Drops not Trustworthy
Ignite Drops company is not trustworthy. Their drops do not work, and their guaranteed return
policy is bogus. Website refund claims are also confusing. In some places it states returns accepted within 60 days; in other places it states you have 150 days for a complete refund, no questions asked. The website also states refunds processed within 2 business days (which is an absolute joke but makes them sound legit and gets you to spend the money). However, the fine print under ‘Refunds and Returns’ state the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, so conflicting information on the same website.
The company uses ClickBank to process payments for them which lends a bit of credibility to Ignite Drops.
• 10/13/22: Ordered the ‘buy 3, get 2 free’, with free ToxiClear detox capsules.
• 10/22/22: Received order (9 days after ordering).
• 11/15/22: After explicitly following the instructions with no results in 3 weeks I contacted Ignite support to advise that the drops were not working and wanted to invoke the 150-day guarantee and was advised to give it more time.
• 11/17/22: Not being sure which company provides the refund, I contacted ClickBank and Ignite with the required tracking number of the return package, which included all the bottles of the drops, plus the partial container of ToxiClear.
• 11/18/22: ClickBank closed the support ticket with the explanation that once the package was received, the refund would be processed. Ignite stated that once the warehouse receives the package, they would refund but to be patient as it could take a few days (a few days; not the 48 hours as stated on their website). Returned package also arrived via Postal Service and sent out for delivery but Ignite business was closed.
• 11/21/22: Return package redelivered and accepted by Ignite in Aurora, Colorado.
• 12/02/22: Twelve days after return, no refund has been issued and I reached out to Ignite to inquire as to status. Ignite apologized and said I would get my refund ‘soon’. They stated it could take 7-10 business days (not the 48 hours claimed on the website). This email inquiry was on the 9th ‘business day’.
• 12/09/22: I sent another email asking status of refund on this 15th business day, and Ignite responded that ‘due to the holidays’ there was a delay and I would get my refund ‘soon’. The holiday being one day for Thanksgiving. They asked me again to be patient and that they would process the refund ‘next week’.
• 12/15/22: When no refund was forthcoming from Ignite Drops, I contacted ClickBank and filed a complaint through them and asked for an immediate refund. ClickBank confirmed that the package had been received by Ignite and that no refund had been received after repeated attempts.
• 12/19/22: ClickBank closed support ticket.
• 12/20/22: Refund received from ClickBank to my original form of payment.
Never heard a word from Ignite after the 12/09/22 correspondence. I had to go directly to ClickBank for resolution and finally received refund four weeks after package was returned. This is a far cry from the promised 48-hour turnaround on Ignite Drops’ website.
The website also states that drops ordered off other websites (such as Amazon) are not guaranteed for refunds. Reviews to the product are also controlled by Ignite, I cannot post a review on their website. Completely fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs.
