Delighted with the ceiling panels installed in our bathroom — they look fantastic and really elevate the space.
Special thanks to Sarah for helping us choose the right panels and trims, and making the ordering process smooth.
She was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout.
Highly recommended Igloo surfaces for great service and quality products!

We bought the ceiling panels and they look fantastic. Sarah advised us to get the chrome edge strip and we're really pleased because it matches the shower. The panels are really easy to cut and install. My ceiling is concrete so I used double sided foam tape in small sections to keep the panels in place while the silicone went off.
No more peeling ceiling paint! Excellent!

Shower panels arrived promptly. Awaiting trims and glue, but contacted the company today and they were very helpful in chasing up the issue.
Ordered samples before choosing panels. Good size samples and really helped finalise my decision. Very pleased.

I needed urgent advice on whether Igloo had a panel which could be used to retrofit on top of tiling along a shower tray to stop a leak into the downstairs ceiling. Not only did Sarah on the sales team listen carefully to my unusual request but she came up with a solution, sourced what I needed and thanks to her excellent instructions on how to cut and fit the pvc panel the job could be done by me and my mini hacksaw. Thank you so much Sarah. The product looks great and was easy to cut to fit. I am really impressed with you and your company for being so creative and flexible and going the extra mile to help!

Has anyone had any issues with the black gemstone shower panels? Only been installed for 3 years in three of our bathrooms and the black panels in two of the bathrooms have started to flake off. The white sparkle panels are fine. We do have a water softner.
Also where the installer did not remove the cellophane cover from the silver joints it now has white speckle marks, not igloos fault but any suggestions for repair please?

We were looking for some shower panels and a search on google brought up Igloo. The variety of colours was different and impressive. We particularly liked the copper matt panels. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. After initially fitting just the shower panels, they looked so good we decide to extend them and also fit ceiling panels. Due to their excellent delivery and speedy response, we didn't have to wait to get the bathroom finished. They even managed to replace some panels damaged during delivery in a timely manner. The bathroom looks fantastic. I would recommend Igloo and their products.

The tongue and groove sections on both panels were damaged. Luckily I wasn't using the as tongue and groove so I cut them off. The internal corner trim is made of very cheap flimsy plastic and there was no way I could slide the panels into the channel of the internal corner trim. I ended up siliconing the internal corner. I tried calling twice but got directed to an answering service. I should have heeded the review left by Kevin Allen.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service. Product as expected and delivered promptly. Igloo provided me with additional tips and guidance which made installation straight forward. Thank you.
Igloo Surfaces were excellent. We initially ordered one wrong size panel in a pack of three. They responded over the weekend when requested to change the size. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend both the product and the customer services. Outstanding.
Issue with items supplied caused anguish
Let's start with something positive. The 10mm panels look good and save you from cleaning lines of grubby grout. The negatives:-
The video for installing shower panels is, in my opinion wrong. It suggests starting with the corner trim but really you must start with the base trim else the base trim cannot meet in the corner as it must. I queried this in the chat box and after about 2 weeks haven't had an answer. I later told them on the phone but the video remains unchanged. The base trim suggests that the corners need notching to allow sealant to be injected - something that you couldn't do if the corners were in place first. Anyway, I made some progress doing it the seemingly correct way. I cut the panel for the back wall of the 3 sided shower and added the corner trim each side. It can only be installed with the panel as there would be no way of fitting the panel after the corners. This went in place quite well and I could add adhesive to the trim to stick it to each side. Here's where the real trouble started. There was really no way to slide the side panels into the already installed corner trim. I tried over and over before phoning Igloo. Seemed that had not come across this problem and suggested:
1) Putting the three sides together before installing all three simultaneously. I'd like to see someone try as I could do with a laugh about now. Even if it was (super) humanly possible, it was too late as the back panel was already securely glued in place.
2) Chamfer the edge with a plane and use washing up liquid to lubricate (I must have missed this part of the video). I eventually made this work, after coming really close to ripping all that I'd done out and starting again with tiles, but it was still far from easy and, once you dry fit it, there's a reluctance to take it back out to add the glue. All the time you're trying to get a seven foot edge of the board into the trim more damage is done to the trim and you have to live with that as all of this stuff is one chance only. If you cut any piece wrongly, or drill a hole in the wrong place then that part needs to be bought anew. If you use tiles and make a small mistake you just use a different one out of the box. Just for context, I have at least 50 years DIY experience.
Anyway a parcel arrived for me yesterday and it contained two new trims of the right size. It seems I had been supplied 8mm corner trim (I'm not totally convinced about this) and this simple mistake lead to all of my problems. the new trim does not solve my problem as the original trim was already in place. Like I said, once done most or all of this cannot be undone.
The people at Igloo are all very accessible and really do try to help but remotely diagnosing problems is not easy.
The end result is I have a shower cubicle that looks OK apart from the damaged corner trim but, that aside I shall never be happy with it because of the anguish it caused me I can't stand back and take a pat on the back (like the old Polycell add used to say) as the job will always have painful memories.
I have just purchased a new home. Total renovate. I want all my rooms to have the wow factor. I started with the bathroom. I wanted my shower to be different, not tiled. I googled, shower panels. Igloo services came up in the browser, so I looked on their website and saw these beautiful panels. I chose the waterfall feature and it looks outstanding. I am so pleased with them. If you look on igloo services website you will see photos of my shower. Igloo services were fantastic from start to finish, ie keeping me up to date with the progress, delivery etc. 5 stars from me.

Emailed a query about a product line to confirm it was the correct part to make a ~£350 order. Everything seemed OK and good reviews pointed me to use this company. Their initial response was good, but as soon as the couriers failed to deliver part of the order I have been spending days trying to get the rest of the order delivered, couriers fault, suppliers fault I really don't care. Igloo surfaces blame the courier, but there has still been no resolution almost a week later. My resolution to hold out failed when Sarah informed me on Friday she was off on holiday, I knew that this was now the last I would hear from Igloo or the courier. I am raising a PayPal dispute as I have instructed Igloo to have the part order picked up and refund me, there has been no reply to this request. I would suggest before ordering from them you make sure they don't use Tuffnells couriers as they are the worst, see reviews on them cowboys! But for now no panels, no response from Igloo or the scumbag couriers. Next stop PayPal.
