Nobody responds to the whatsapp helpline number provided . No proper response to emails. It seems thats the escalation email id. Took heavy charge of 2000 Baht for thailand on arrival visa whereas government rule is just 600 baht for evisa online.

Honestly, I need to say this is one of the best online evisa servicing website. The highlight is their customer service team. They were prompt in helping specially Nafiasa and Kiara. Very very helpful. I'm gonna use ievisa again and will definitely tell my friends too. Thank you ievisa!!!!

Applied for Express visa 169 $ ( they said it take from 12 to 24 Hours only ) on 18 December , they gave me the visa on 25 December !! no sorry no refund no nothing !!!

I have just applied for a visa. My visa is not finalized yet ( I applied few minutes ago) ,so I cannot comment on the final outcome yet. However, the team (Sophia and Shakira) provided excellent support and guidance and I will now await to hear from them regarding my visa.

Truly appreciate your support in following up issues and seeing them through to conclusion. Did have problems but the team of Yasmeen, Jacqueline, Shakira were outstanding in their support services.

So far so good with my visa application. Have had very prompt and very helpful live chat and advice. The website is very easy to use and Shakira informs me that they will try and get my visa as quickly as possible, so I am hopeful this is the case.

The service was excellent and exceptional. All support staff was providing good moral support. I'm very happy with Shakira. They are truly very helpful.
