DHL issues
I have ordered jewelry from this brand before and the pieces are beautiful and high quality. I had my eye on several pieces and would have been a repeat customer for a long time. I have no issue with the products themselves and my original purchase was delivered really quickly, I love it and wear it all the time. However, with recent changes related to US customs my order which cost a significant amount of money is stuck at customs and neither Idyl nor DHL have been helpful in giving me answers on how to resolve the issue. I'm out thousands of dollars and my package is stuck at US customs with no indication that it will be cleared even though I've provided all the necessary information that has been asked of me. It is so hard to get a hold of customer service for both companies and the one time I was able to get through with DHL, they were very unhelpful. The Idyl website states they are not affected by DHL clearance issues for items over $800 but this is NOT true. US customers beware.

However, as of Monday, April 28th, the issue affecting orders both below and above $800 has been resolved. Since then, all packages have been cleared and delivered promptly, and our customers have been receiving their orders without further delay.

3 weeks and still no product
Purchased Nara but did not receive the product as promised. Contacted customer service, and it is now 3 weeks later and still have not received the item. Purchased Idyl for the past few years, and the experience was great, but with the current shipment issue, cannot recommend and am hesitant to purchase again. Very disappointing.
Updated: I appreciate the prompt response following my review and the thoughtful complimentary gift. As expected, Nara is beautiful. I’m also glad to see that the shipping and customs issues have been resolved—this gives me greater confidence in placing future orders.

The website is easy to navigate and if there are questions, the sales associates are readily available via a Chat function. I also had to return 2 items for repair and they were handled quickly and efficiently I received both items back within a period of 2 weeks.
