Idyl does not take responsibility for failed international deliveries
I purchased a pair of Lucia earrings from Idyl, trusting their international delivery process. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered, as it was held by Colombian customs and ultimately declared in favor of the Nation due to issues beyond my control.
Despite my efforts—and having contacted both DHL and multiple customs brokers—there was no way to recover the product. DHL made it clear they would not act further, and Idyl refused to assist or offer any kind of resolution or compensation.
What is most disappointing is Idyl’s complete lack of accountability. Once the item left their warehouse, they considered the problem out of their hands, even though the product was never received. No support, no escalation, no refund.
If you are purchasing from outside the EU or US, be extremely cautious. Should anything go wrong during delivery, you may be left completely on your own—without the product and without your money.

While we strive to provide a smooth shipping experience worldwide, we recognize that customs processes can be unpredictable and sometimes outside anyone’s control. Unfortunately, in the case of Colombia, we cannot manage the clearance on your behalf due to local regulations, and we encourage customers to find a customs broker to handle the clearance process in Colombia. Each country has its own customs regulations, and we have no control over them.
We did offer assistance with customs broker fees and phone calls to support, and I apologize if this wasn’t communicated effectively. Your feedback about our handling of international delivery issues is important to us, and your comments will be shared with our team as we continue working on improving support for customers facing similar challenges.

Amazing customer service and gorgeous modular jewelry designs
Their pieces are so well crafted and the lab diamonds sparkle in a way that is hard to capture in words. The modular pieces work so well with each other, and provide a way to give asymmetric looks, or create new looks with switching out the add-ons.
The customer service is also amazing. Ella and Eva have been so great, and when I needed to return my necklace for exchange, it was handled so smoothly and I had a replacement necklace in hand within 2 weeks.
