There are several issues where ID Shield
Lacks the ability to follow through.
Dark web monitoring falls short in the ability to identify which site and password has been accessed and breached. This is not helpful in resolving the issue. I called and inquired about this and received the age old adage… “ we’re working on it… sorry.” I got severely hacked into back in June and ALL of my ID got stolen. So, ‘we’re working on it… sorry “ ain’t cutting it.
