I called and found out my phone is fixed already so i went and pick it up.
First quick test found my iphone 7 front camera is also broken which they claimed was because i didn't give them my passcode so they cannot test it - Any iphone user will know you can test camera without unlocking it if the user did not set the function to required unlock (mine wasn't). so i waited another 15-20 minutes for it to be tested and repair (extract cost of cause). After all i also found out the top speaker grill bar was not installed - with (169.99 AUD - it should be included) so I waited another 10 - 15 to get it installed - they claimed it was free of charge for me. I notice the top part of the phone got overflown cohesive everywhere on first test. thinking that when they open up the 2nd time it will be addressed but all three time i got the same result.

As you can see, you really need to check everything before they claim that it is fixed. quality control is clear not there .

I’m sorry about the camera test comment. I guess you have to make sure other customer know what you are doing and for this I will apologise.
However, what I’m trying to tell you is that not everyone is looking for a speedy fix. There are customer who cares about quality. I’m fine what taking a longer as long as tou don’t have to be told of “bring this back if there is an issue”. Can’t help you if you don’t get the point.

You are already consider a premium brand in 3rd party repair you need to set a better stand.

A little more expensive than I was initially quoted on the website but the repair is flawless and was done in an hour!

Excellent service from the minute I called the 1300 number.
I called at 11am & the serviceman was at my office by 2pm the same day.

i dropped it charged me $198 to fix a sound issue with an iphone 7.
they could not come out to do the repair, or to collect or drop off the iphone.
the repair lasted about 24 hours.
i called them, they suggested i bring the phone back in for them to fix it a second time.
again they refused to pick up and drop off the phone.
in the end i took the phone to apple. it was quicker, they replaced the iphone on the spot.
i have used idropped it for approx 4 years over 12 repairs.
i am not sure what has happened in there, but the previously good convenient service is now bad, slow, expensive, with a talk to the hand approach to resolving any issues.
stay away, go somewhere else.

The phone is now better than ever before - not only has the glass been replaced but I have re-gained some functionality that I lived without for some time before the glass broke.

Went to the apple store and they told me that the phone was busted and needed a full replacement. The guys at iDropped it tested it and it was a quick and easy repair. Would highly recommend!
