To say I am dissapointed is a understatement. They state figurine. And it's just a stand basically. £25 plus extortionate delivery cost to receive a picture of my grandson that makes him look 6 years old and he's 16 is just a joke. I would highly recommend not to buy from this site. 😕

Ordered a custom item where you upload a photo. The image on the website like the rest looks like its maybe made on pottery and 3D. The description doesn't even state what its made on
Should have never have wasted my money. Turned up around 20+ days later and was nothing like what i ordered.
Shame I can't attach pictures of the real thing against the website

Very unhappy
The item i ordered was for an anniversary. I spent extra to have the item arrive in time. I placed the order with plenty of time for it to arrive prior. The item didnt arrive until 4 weeks after intital ordering. There was very little communication detailing what the delay was. I initiated all communication.

The title and picture CLEARLY states and shows a "Figurine." What I received was a plastic 2D printed image. Not only that, the wording on the plastic was not correct. I reached out to customer service and they wanted to argue with me that the fine print says 2d. Then they wanted to offer me a 20% discount. RIDICULOUS. Will never shop at this store again.

Don't bother. I gave it a go, for a laugh , not expecting a great result and I was still completely underwhealmed. Finished product looks nothing like the images on the website - completely misleading. They have updated the description, but it still doesn't cut it. Just read the other reviews here.
