Anniversary Gift

I ordered something special for our anniversary on Oct 4. I was told it would take 3-5 days to process so I payed extra for shipping to make sure it made it on time. It shipped on the 15 of October, it is now Nov 6, still hasn’t arrived. My anniversary passed already. Nice way to ruin it.

The product was not how it was…

The product was not how it was described and the picture I sent did not look anything like the person it was supposed to be. Also paid the extra $$ for expedited shipping and still took 6 weeks to get here. Would not recommend to anyone else!!!

The order was taken almost a full month…

I am an extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my order, placed on September 27, 25. The product took almost an entire month to arrive, which is an unacceptable timeframe.
Furthermore, there was a significant lack of communication from the company throughout this period. I was not kept informed of the delay, nor was the order status updated.

Finally, I am concerned that the website lacked transparency regarding the product's origin from China. The location where the product was made was not clearly stated on the webpage.
This experience has been very disappointing.

it took over a month to get my package…

it took over a month to get my package even tho I paid for expedited shipping. and when I received my package. the print was reversed. I sent an email complaining hoping to get it fixed or my money back and no reply. so I ended up being screwed on what was supposed to be the wedding gift for my wife. never shopping here again.

I ordered a 3d figurine, but found out it was just going to be a piece of wood with somebody's face glued on. I had to go to PayPal to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I paid the $24.99 2-5 business day…

I paid the $24.99 2-5 business day shipping upgrade. What was not made clear is the the item would only be 2-5 business days ONCE IT WAS IN THE U.S.

Do not buy in this shop

Do not buy in this shop. The item is cheap but they will charge you a lot, 25 dollars to expedite but you’ll get it after 3 weeks. Then the occasion is done aldready. When I receive it, it was different item that I ordered. I ordered figurine and I got a calendar plastic with the picture I sent. Tota cost $82.99 Please send back my money. I can’t even cancel my order since the option no cancellation from the day I found out the reviews on it.
